My skin is glowing! The pro collagen is amazing and I’ve seen such great results after 1 box. It’s flavourless so it’s super easy to stay consistent and add to my coffee.

I’ve been using Vida Glow Gro-Ology/Hairology, Radiance, and Pro-Collagen consistently for the past three months, and I’ve begun to notice visible improvements—something that has also been pointed out by colleagues at work. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend giving these products a try.

I asked them for the study they talk about in the website and they didnt even replay.
Scam company, i will be taking this case to the Australian Consumer Law

I email them to stop sending me two boxes of marine collagen as I did not want them. They just send generic emails saying that they will deal with your email in five to six days by which time I will have received what I did not want
Also they have the worst website I have ever had to use it is not fit for purpose

Impossible to get help from staff

Have been using the HAIROLOGY for 6 weeks now and my hair has stopped falling out and there’s new growth coming through

Acne!!

Terrible rash and acne on face after starting this. Has left scarring behind too. awful

The marine collagen bought me out in a rash all over my face and painful under the skin spots on my cheeks. Never taken fish marine or collagen before so I knew it was that. I stopped a week ago and they are clearing up.

I've been a loyal user of Vida Glow collagen sachets for nearly three years, which means my lifetime value to them is quite high. However, I've had issues with their USPS delivery, leading me to cancel my subscription. This was a frustrating experience as they didn't offer any alternative delivery methods. Despite this, I chose to buy in bulk, stocking up on 6-8 months' worth of supplies during their sales. A few months ago, I purchased a large batch at a 20% discount, only to discover that all the boxes were produced three years ago and would expire in less than six months. I reached out to them, refusing to use products that were expired or nearing expiration, and asked for half of the boxes to be replaced. They only replaced a quarter of the boxes, and to my disappointment, the replacements had the same expiration date as the original ones. After further complaints, they refunded me for the quarter boxes with the same expiration dates. However, I won't consume them, so I ended up donating half the boxes and the additional ones sent, which was a waste of money. Due to their poor customer service, I've decided to stop supporting Vida Glow, even though I've been a loyal customer. There are so many great collagen brands out there and this experience is not worth my business! Maybe this is the reason why they are not widely famous in the USA and have expiring products being sent...

I love this brand and have been taking the skin supplements (tablets) no problem. And hairoligy. But having a break.
Ever since I have gone on the collagen powder I have had a face rash😩 annoying because I have just bought 2 new boxes. I don’t think I can tolerate it.

My go to for ingestible collagen. All flavours dissolve and mix well and have a pleasant taste. The flavourless is great in my morning coffee.

I experienced unusual acne breakouts which I have never had before, after using Vida glow. I was hopeful it would help but unfortunately my body didn’t respond well.

I’ve got my pack of Vida Glow as a gift from Liberty. After two days I’ve developed TERRIBLE acne which I never ever had before. I also was bloated and had a terrible wind.

After my research in internet I found out that - In fact, your body can’t absorb collagen which it doesn’t produce itself. When you take collagen it simply runs right through digestive organs and end up, mostly unscathed, in our septic systems and sewers. Other additional elements ( like artificial flavour etc ) can cause this terrible reaction like mine.

So this product CAN’T give more collagen to your body, but also can make things worse !!!

Would NOT recommend. I bought a cylinder of 30 satchets in the blueberry flavor, which are not cheap I might add. I took one sachet per day, I received one free flavor, which was Mango and the rest were Blueberry flavor. I took two blueberry and one mango. Unfortunately by the third one, I just couldn't take anymore as I was bloated and constipated. I did contact Vida Glow and was advised nothing could be done, their T&C's advise no refunds or returns. Therefore I've just wasted my money. Whilst I understand there are stipulations around food, these are unopened sachets. A monumental waste unfortunately.

I am experiencing face skin rashes continually. I have taking it for 11 weeks. At first I was not sure what the causes were. However, I keep experiencing rashes on my skin and suspect it might have to do with the collagen and biotin intakes.

Delivery was very fast. I ordered my powder on the Thursday afternoon and had it delivered by Tuesday morning. Order was well packaged and I received several samples as well which I haven’t tried yet but was a lovely touch.

I love your products so much!! This is the first time I’ve tried collagen and I can already see an improvement with my nails and skin and I’m hoping this will be the same with my hair 🤞🏾

However the shipping is always delayed (with my last few orders), and I understand this is partially due to the current situation... so I may just have to change the dates for my preorder so I can receive my new products in time before I run out !

Enjoyed the Mocha collagen sachets. Great taste and have had comments on how fresh I look (currently 43, no filler or Botox). Definitely noticing a difference.

Vidaglow are a lovely company to buy from and they send samples with there sold products also. The purchase and despatch process is excellent no issues ever. Packaging of products are lovely but would love to see more environmentally effective.
