When I made my order in March 26, their site said 2 to 4 days delivery. Since then they have lied on numerous occasions that my order will be sent out within a few days or the delays to date is due to the stringent quality control that is required and therefore delays have occurred. Let’s be real here they have ordered from China and the stock has been detected coming into Australia and sent back. Company against Australian Consumer Law has a NO REFUND policy. After all the delays they have now sent this email out to purchasers:

Scam. Stolen COA’s and didnt even ship my order. No replies to my email either. Have called my bank and told them.

Looks a bit dodgy, The certificates aren't even addressed to the company with no manufacturer.
Looks like a cut and paste job.
If you are going to sell Chinese peptides least get them lab tested & checked.

I paid for an Order on 13/10/2025 and received nothing. No Tracking Number despite numerous emails and a couple of initial responses from their representative Maddie. The company has now closed and I assume will reopen as a new entity in the future. Buyers Beware!

I had a severe allergic reaction after using one of their products and have been trying to contact customer service for days — via phone and email — with absolutely no response. It’s completely unacceptable to be ignored in a situation that involves someone’s health and safety.

I expected at least a basic level of accountability and support, but instead, I’ve been left without answers. If you care about your well-being, I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

The first order didn't arrive, however Maddy responded promptly and arrange for a 2nd shipment to be sent.

Great service from the team, delivery was so quick, and my email questions were responded to almost immediately. I hope the product is just as good, which btw was very reasonably priced.

I don’t know what’s in Aussie peptides formulas but my god do I see results. Have tired other peptides over the years with little to no outcome but this place is definitely unbeatable! Will be telling everyone to shop here and will shop again!!
