Honestly a very good service and well worth your money. Support gets back to your emails extremely quickly too. I had someone respond within a couple of minutes which shocked me since that is kind of hard to find these days. Very helpful support services and they are always willing to fulfill most requests. Highly recommend.

I didn't know how to cancel my subscription, but Michael helped me out by canceling it and providing the appropriate refund. During my server hosting experience, he was very helpful as well providing support where he could. Honestly, one of the best hosts to pick and better yet hosted in AU, so even better.

Started using Aussie Server Hosts for a Project Zomboid server, their second tier option is more than enough for over 300 mods at a good price.

The console is pretty easy to use and files are easy to navigate and find. Setting up scheduled restarts is a little confusing, but I got the hang of it with some testing and it runs very well.

I had an issue with a couple of things and the support was very quick to reply to my email and pointed me to the right place so I could fix my issues pretty easily. Would recommend and I plan to keep this server for a while.

feels like a scam.
after migrating a server, that ran stable using about 10-12gb of ram for the last 2 years over to aussie & now it uses 3x times that.
when asked about it, they just say give more money!
not doing that until i see what i have already paid for used properly.
am i paying to mine them crypto??

everything is very smooth and easy to work out and add to your world etc, had an issue with insane cpu drawage but Pikachu came quickly to the rescue offering all the help anyone can ask for!! Absolutely stellar attitude and how things were handled. WILL be renewing my server for a long time to come

The customer service is Excellent, Quick and easy to understand and follow the instructions and they offered links to also understand my issues, 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a good server game hosting site, straight forward and easy to setup their servers.

I'm not getting paid to say this. Their service is that good. So far i've subscribed to 2 servers and I'll give 5 points for each star theyve earned.

.Really easy to sign up. Pick your game, go to checkout, wait for email that its up which is usually 5-10 mins, its really quick and you're off to the races.
Once you're done, cancelling the subscription is just as easy. No tricks.

.They have a server based wiki to allow you to search and customise your server. Not all games are covered but i'll get to that.

.The prices are competitive, there is cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Keep reading and see what usually is a couple of AUD is giving you.

.THE MAIN ONE is the service. I am currently playing sons of the forest, there isn't a wiki for it...yet. But there is a discord where this crazy Pikachu dude will literally respond at weird times. Its admittedly an unorthadox way of doing things, but it works and it's reliable.

I don't think i'll be going anywhere else because i get what i need for a reasonable price. They're not too bad at Aussie Server Hosts.

The guys over at ASH are just kicking goals left and right. I setup a minecraft server and was running into issues with my modpack. I reached out on discord and they were able to rectify the issues in less than five mins and from payment to game-login was less than 30minutes. 23ms ping, No complaints at all. Remarkable service and can't fault a thing.

10/10 Experience.

This host really stands out from the rest. I have made tones of servers over the years and this one has outperformed them with stability and price by far.

System was easy to use, I was up and racing on a Valheim server in minutes, performance is good, and the dash looks very easy to use, too. Very happy.

Used Aussie Server Hosts multiple times over the years with Minecraft (both vanilla and modded), Terraria, Ark and other games. All of them worked great. Their service is second to none and they have always resolved everything I've needed! I will use them again in the future.

Ive been running a project zomboid server for a few mates of mine over the last few weeks with ASH. I've always wanted to set one up but avoided it thinking I'd struggle setting it up. Well I was right. I had no clue, but the team is immensely helpful and patient with my 1000 questions. Especially Pikachu on the PZ discord. Plus he seems to be there almost any time I need help.

The server itself has run flawlessly. Has not dropped once and I'm yet to see any lag or spikes in ping. And I'm running it heavily modded with 10 or more players.

Cannot recommend enough and the price is more than fair.

Been a customer for a few months and have two servers running with ASH. They have done an amazing job simplifying the setup process and are incredibly supportive - even if you're like me and have next to no background in coding! I am genuinely impressed with how accessible their tech support team is. I have self-inflicted setting issues from time to time and I never have to wait for a response/solution.
If you want a stress-free server host experience - these guys are the BEST!!
