Aussizz Group Reviews

I had a consultation in January with them in Adelaide for Visa 491. The guy seemed to know less than I did from simply reading the Department for Home Affairs website! The lady on the phone (who was very challenging to understand) assured me they could give me professional advice to allow me to pursue my application. But the reality is the whole set up is designed to make money, not to help you. My first appointment I had was a sales pitch. I later tried to follow up for advice, but after confirming an appointment I was texted it 'may' be cancelled because they don't support independent applications. Didn't even bother calling to say they 'may' cancel it. Simply, they do not give professional advice because they want to press submit and take your money. Its cheap for a reason. Don't bother wasting your time and money with Aussizz.

I contacted Aussizz Group with an enquiry about an Australian visa and was asked to fill out a form, which I completed and sent back promptly. After that, I received no response. I had to keep following up with a representative named Trupika, who repeatedly said she would get back to me—but never did. This went on for weeks, wasting my time and leaving me completely in the dark.

Eventually, after chasing again, I was told:
“Your profile is not suitable for a visa to Australia.”
No explanation. No proper advice. Just a vague and dismissive response.

I knew this wasn’t right, so I contacted another migration agency. They reviewed my profile and confirmed I am in fact fully eligible for the visa I enquired about. The contrast in service was night and day.

Aussizz Group gave me nothing but delays, poor communication, and incorrect advice. I genuinely don’t understand how they have so many positive reviews—it makes you question their credibility.

I really appreciate the support given by Chetan at clayton office, while handling our 485 visa application. From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive to every detail, ensuring everything was perfect. He was extremely easy to work with, always ready to answer any questions and offer clear guidance. I truly appreciated his support and highly recommend his services to anyone seeking visa assistance. Thank you, Chetan, for your exceptional service!

The company supported me throughout my sponsorship process, which turned out to be quite stressful. However, Miss Vaishalee demonstrated exceptional patience and kindness, always attentive to every detail and showcasing deep expertise in the matter. Her professionalism and dedication made the process much more manageable. I highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Aussizz Group while changing my course in Australia. They provided me with professional guidance and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A special thanks to Ms. Maneesha, who was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any questions I had. Her dedication and expertise truly made a difference in my journey. Their team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping students achieve their goals.

I highly recommend Aussiz Group Melbourne and to anyone seeking immigration services. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication make them the perfect choice for anyone navigating the complex world of immigration law. I'm grateful for their help and expertise, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services."

Very happy I went with Aussizz team for my visa application. Specially Mai for helping me understand all the bits and pieces and details as I am not very fond of visas. Highly recommend to anyone looking for visa agents. Thank you Mai and Aussizz group for processing my visa application smoothly🌺

Scammers. Don't give them any cash money, they will disagree later. Always take documents for any transaction or ask for receipt. Thank me later guys!

I’ve done my application for a sponsorship direct entry (186) with them, they are the one who offer me this solution, thanks a lot compare to some other lawyers.
They maybe sometimes ask me to send them the same document again and again, that will be the only negative point.
In general, efficiency, fair price

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received at Aussizz in Werribee when applying for tourist visas for my in-laws. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer service. Palvi Arora, in particular, went above and beyond in guiding us through the visa application process. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout, and she patiently addressed all our questions and concerns.

Thanks to Palvi's thorough guidance and the efficient handling by the Aussizz team, we were pleasantly surprised to receive the visas within just one week. This quick turnaround was far beyond our expectations and made a significant difference in our travel plans.

The entire experience with Aussizz Werribee was smooth and stress-free. They provided clear instructions, timely updates, and ensured that all documents were in order, making the application process straightforward. The professionalism and support we received instilled confidence in us from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Aussizz Werribee to anyone seeking visa services or immigration advice. Their exceptional service and personalized approach truly set them apart. Thank you once again to Palvi Arora and the entire team for making this process so efficient and hassle-free. We look forward to working with you again in the future!

I have been on called with different reception of this company multiple time for the past 3 days, and without fail they have hung up on me for no apparent reasons. Either they will say that they are going to transfer me to the student department and I will be transferred to a voicemail or they just hang up on me mid-conversation. This is very unprofessional and I strongly discourage anyone that wants to engage with Aussizz.

I highly recommend Neha Singh for her outstanding migration services. Neha is exceptionally efficient and consistently available to address any issues or concerns. She has been incredibly polite and supportive throughout the entire process, making a typically stressful experience much easier to navigate. Her professionalism and dedication are truly impressive. I look forward to continuing my consultations with her.

In January 2024, we began the process of obtaining a student visa for my brother. We were searching everywhere for the right guidance on school enrollment. The school itself recommended Aussizz Group as a contact. We spoke on the phone with Sahil, who helped us get the COE and lodgment ready. Despite never meeting anyone in person, everything went smoothly. We were then handed off to Dev and Divya for the actual visa process, which was seamless. Once in their capable hands, Dev and Divya ensured that the visa lodgment was done without any hiccups, and today the visa was granted.

Having been in this country for many years and having dealt with numerous migration agents for various visas, this has been an effortless experience for us. Their service is top-notch and extremely professional. We could not have asked for better people to help us through this stressful process. We cannot thank the team enough for their help, guidance, and services.

Aussizz Group (specially jagdeep singh) made our journey to get a PR visa smooth and hassle-free through their expertise and experience. Me and my husband got our invitation for 190 subclass within a week.. then we both get granted our PR under 190 subclass after 3 months of applying it. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking to lodge a TR or PR visa application. Thank you Jagdeep singh for helping us in achieving our dream..
