I visited the Newcastle store in…
I visited the Newcastle store in February time with no clue what design or idea to go for. Jessica, one of the expert jewellers took me through the whole process and made it very comfortable and easy for myself to choose an engagement ring design, everything went very smoothly and the whole experience was easy. I would highly recommend Austen and Blake, from placing my order to picking the ring up it took around 3 weeks, very fast and efficient with an incredible ring in which my now Fiancé loves.

Aftercare is a scam, avoid if possible
Buying the ring was fine, But of course I got the size wrong. When I returned for the resize the price was a complete an utter scam! Just awful aftercare service so unless you are 100% sure you wont need any further support do not buy from this company.

No reply from customer support!!
I have sent numerous emails (6? 7?) to their support email address, including an official complaint, and haven't received a reply to any one of them. I find this absolutely shocking customer service. I'm on my 5th piece from here but I can guarantee I won't be purchasing anything again going forward.

Aimee in particular was an amazing help, she made the entire process as simple as possible. She was patient and friendly, answering any questions I asked and gave expert advice to help me get the right engagement ring. Absolutely 10/10 customer service

Diamond engagement ring shopping
I recently benefitted from two consultations with Jessica. I wanted to purchase a diamond engagement ring but did not know where to start. Jessica was very knowledgeable, approachable and generous with her time. She talked me through the 'four c's' in layman's terms so that I felt able to make an informed decision. The shop was well stocked with display rings of various cuts, designs and sizes so my two visits were very productive.
