Super easy super fast, i like simple & easy these days & trading here really is, stuff is easy to find it's well set up don't need to ask questions it's clearly spelt out for you no confusion at all it makes a great change for me as i live in NZ. Effortlessly i can pop in pop out & just sit back & relax as i know these folks have got my back, they know how to take care of business in all aspects they clearly have their priorities in order & that's to put their paying customers first ,strict quality control ,transparency & realistic really great pricing coupled with super simple super fast pleasant service which is getting rare to find these days .They are very intelligent very sharp business folk who remind me a whole lot of myself they really do so i'm always going to coming here as i like very much to save money where i can you have to as that's what a smart person does you never spend more than you have to you simply shop with them for all your tech needs .many many thanks & looking forward doing it again .

This is my first and hopefully, last review on this website. My intention is to help potential customers from going through the hell that I just endured. Avoid purchasing anything from Australian Computer Traders. I bought a laptop which 1. They forgot to ship within their official 48 business hours policy (which they admitted to only after several desperate attempts to contact them) 2. Turned out to be completely unusable because it was still attached to the previous laptop owners company (Allianz should know that their assets are being sold to the public) 3. Required several follow up calls and emails from me to get a refund.
This has easily been the worst online purchase experience in my life. To make matters worse, it's extremely hard to get through their customer care number and when they do pick up, you will be lucky to receive help from their support team. They are disinterested at best and outright rude at worst. They also failed miserably to do the one thing that they should be good at: ensuring these second hand laptops are actually wiped clean and usable for their customers. It boggles my mind to think that they couldn't even check if the laptop is still attached to the organisation they bought it from. I wouldn't be surprised if they barely have staff left to do either the technical work or attend to customers. You will be better off getting a second hand laptop from some sketchy person on the street than this so-called company.

I ordered an A-grade laptop and received a disgusting-looking garbage laptop. I returned it immediately, but I have not received my refund.

I have returned an item as it appears defective and without hesitation Gerhard offered me a replacement as soon as I returned the defective computer. All this was a great help to me.

I bought the dell latitude 5420 and it has been great so far! I had a few concerns regarding the laptop and the ACT team was quite helpful with their responses. Good place for refurbished laptops!

We have purchased 5 laptops in the past few months from ACT and have had issues with every single one. To add to the frustration these experienced issues have not been after using the laptops over time as we received 2 new ones yesterday and issues were discovered straight out of the box. It seems the company are ok to take our money but providing good service and items that work sufficiently are not a predominant focus for these guys. We have sent laptops back and forth and driven back and fort numerous times also with little compensation and accountability. Not great when you're trying to run a business that is growing and needs these tools to operate. We'll not be going back after this experience and recommend others also do the same to save a lot of grief and heartache that is involved when dealing with ACT and their products. ACT we have given you the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately you guys have continued to deliver inconsistently and products are bad quality.

Bought a pc from them, which arrived broken and wont even post, got one response then they have completely ghosted me and keep ignoring me, would not reccomend buying from these people

I purchased a refurbished laptop from this company and it arrived well packaged and without much delay. Unfortunately the laptop would not allow me to have a personal account as it would only allow a government or student login at setup. I contacted ACT and informed them of the problem. They informed me that sometimes their software doesn't detect this issue, but that they would happily fix it for me. I was sent an email with a return post QR code which allowed me to return it for free. Once the product had been fixed it was returned to me and I am very happy with it. Being refurbished there are a couple of minor cosmetic faults, but that was to be expected. Very happy overall. I only wish the product had arrived working properly the first time.

Attractive price for a gadget (MS Surface Docking Station) I have been considering for a few years, This has been a true value for money exercise that delivers maximum satisfaction!
