Professional and Prompt
I found the service incredibly prompt, professional and easy to use. I was able to give my result the next day to the organisation who asked me to take this check. Not a problem.

If I could put ZERO starts I would
If I could put ZERO stars I would. So upset and nothing done and no accountability. I was given a link by the chat support from this page, and it took me to a different site. Led to believe it was theirs only to discover it wasn't...spoke with them through the whole process not once they told me it was not there's and paid twice the price... No care factor no accountability. Avoid this site!!! They don't seem to care and got nowhere.
Thank you for you in accurate response placing the fault onto me!!! Very unprofessional. I have email and screen proof. Not going to waste any more time with you or recommend.

Our records confirm that you requested a link to complete your background check application. In response, our support agent provided you with the correct ANCC website link, which directed you to the “Start Check” option on the ANCC platform.
At no point during the relevant correspondence were you provided with, or directed to, a link to another background check provider’s website. Accordingly, your statement that a support agent directed you to another provider is not supported by our records.
If you subsequently accessed another provider’s website and completed a background check through that provider, this occurred independently by you.

I was successful in getting a new job and a clearance was required..
I went to the site , followed the links and I progressively completed each question, the process was pretty straight forward, although I did have a few things I needed to revisit, this wasn't difficult to edit and resubmit..
Over all my experience was great and the turn around for outcome was sooner than advised, very happy 😊

There page says most cases 24 hours or 36 hours I waited 3 weeks and woukd email them every day until they said we are going to cancel your claim and send your Money back I still have not received anything from them worse company I have ever dealt with absolute rip offs

Good Morning,
The website and several application pages clearly state that 70% of results are returned in 24 hours, whereas 30% will be referred to one or more police agencies and may take 15 days or more.
If an applicant has a common name or one that matches a person of interest on the on the national police database, the result gets referred for manual processing and takes longer.
Once a result has been sent to the police for processing, Australian National Character Check does not have control over result time frames.
