The instructor was excellent
The instructor was excellent, and I hope that he is the instructor again every year, as I have to do this CPR course every year. Course content was relevant and easy to follow and the instructor delivered it at a good pace and made it easy to get through. I definitely look forward to doing this again next year and in the years to come. The price was also good and very good value.

The Trainer was not very clear on his tone, he was too fast not maintaining the standards on his explanation. Trainer fails to demonstrate few skills on the floor and gave verbal instruction instead.
We as a adult learner high expectation from trainer was misleading, the learner hardly come across the situation of life and death at workplace (rear)within a year , to refresh the memory proper demonstration is very important by the trainer.

Just finished my first aid training and had a fantastic experiece. The trainer Amanda was knowledgeable, professional and made the whole session engaging and easy to understsnd. She explained everything clearly, encourage quesruind and created a comfortable learning environment.
