I work as a school teacher, so most of my day is already busy with classes, checking papers, and managing students. Writing my book was something I did in small gaps of time, mostly in the evening. When it came to publishing, I honestly didn't have the energy to deal with a complicated process on top of everything else. That's why I decided to go ahead with a service.

The experience turned out to be easier than I expected. I didn't feel like I was being pushed around or confused in to many steps. Things were explained in a simple way, and I could just focus on giving my input when needed. There were moments where I had questions, especially because it was my first time doing this, but I always got clear answers.

I had a story that was a different from what people usually read, so I wasn't sure how it would be handled once I shared it. Writing about him and our story wasn't something I planned, it happened in small pieces whenever I could find a moment, late at night or early in the morning before the kids woke up.

first off I felt pressured and rushed I felt like I was not treated fairly. they never actually proof read my book I still find errors after published, I ordered 200 copies and they never actually showed up, and to top it off we discussed having the books for the launched on my moms birthday April 18th and up to the day before I call like 15 times before I could get 1 reply after 15 calls and numerous texts. didn't get launched till may 1st. and the guy create an amazon account with my name not even spelt correctly and set up payments I have no knowledge of payments and I never get any royalty from my book they are unprofessional in my opinion. oh another issue was that at times I feel like it was a one man trying to do a thing. ethics were poor I would not recommend this company location was okay considering I am a New Yorker.
