Alex has gone out of his way to help us with our son (Autism & Epilepsy). His Gut Balancing protocol works, and we have the proof. Our son was an extremely picky eater, with a limited diet. Once we got on Alex's protocol, over a not-so-long period of time, our son now eats anything and everything healthy. We don't have to worry about him getting the right foods anymore. This has also helped with his general wellness.

Our family has been using products from Researched Elements for several years now. We have seen significant improvements in our child’s health following the gut balancing protocol. Additionally, incorporating the cold laser device has led to great strides in his processing speed and overall behavior. Most notably, his ATEC score has dropped from over 80 to 33, reflecting the incredible transformation we’ve witnessed.

My son (level three asd) participated in Alex’s Gut Balancing program for a year (2024-2025). When he first started, he was experiencing excruciating tummy pain almost every single day and refused to go out of the house as the world was so dangerous (literally) to him. As his mom, I felt like there was no hope. Thankfully I found AZ and Dr. Bogner at the right time. We went through four rounds of Gut Balancing. His microbiome profile improved a lot and the whole world didn’t seem to be threatening to him anymore. He enjoys being outside. Skyzone (trampoline park) became his new favorite. He still carries the label. But he’s genuinely happy and that’s what it all matters to me. Also he’s starting to speak!

We've worked with Alex Zaharakis and Dr. Bogner over the last 3 - 4 years (in of support my child with ASD). The gut support/balancing program was by far the most impactful thing we have done (and we have been on this path for almost 9 years, intensively trying to improve her outcome). At 9 years old, he finally learned his colors, began copying letters and sentences, developed an interest in drawing, and—most incredibly—started talking. He was once nonverbal, and these were goals we had worked on for years with little movement.

Once we started gut balancing, things began to click. Skills that felt out of reach for so long started to emerge, and the progress felt natural rather than forced.

I will forever be grateful for this journey and for the guidance that helped unlock so much potential in our child.
