Auto Sportiva Reviews

I was interested in a car that Auto Sportiva had. Even I was not able to view the car in time. Their customer service and communication was outstanding. Excellence

Great team and trustworthy company to do business with.

I would refer them to all my friends and contacts.

From the initial phone call to actually picking the car up from them inspired confidence in their sales approach and customer frontal management setup. The feedback to me with the many questions i had about the car was superb with emails and whatsapp communications plenty. As i am over 200 miles away from their showroom this was quite reassuring. When i did arrive to pick the car up, i was greeted at the train station to take me to the showroom to view the car. Even after paying a substantial deposit i still had the option to walk away with a full refund if i did not take to the car.
Alec was absolutely fantastic, 100% transparent with all the dealings and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their whole setup is an absolute credit to the business owner and the staff he has around them. I will when looking for my next car go straight to them. The vehicles they have in stock appear to be hand picked and of the highest quality, my RS certainly was and it came with a 6 month warranty as standard. This service does not come at a premium cost either.
Thanks to Alec and the staff for this.

Highly recommended! The car is in top mint condition, exactly as described and the sales team members are very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. Many thanks!

Great service. Super responsive and helpful. Absolutely love the car.

Collected my new SQ7 yesterday absolute love the car service was top quality from enquiry to completion Thanks to Alec for a great service

First class 5 star service. Alec Godley, very professional and courteous.

Excellent service from start to finish. Loved the extra touch of the bottle of prosecco when the car was delivered! Highly recommend this company.

From the initial inquiry to delivering the car to us at home after work hours, James Saunders was 100% professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the car, and more than keen to ensure that buying a car from him and Auto Sportiva was a great experience. The car - like all the cars at Auto Sportiva - was immaculately presented, delivered with fuel - and a lovely complimentary bottle of fizz. Would definitely recommend James and the Auto Sportiva team.

Alex was super helpful and gave me a very fair price on PX. Good honest company to deal with

I recently bought a car from James and his great service and follow up was why I bought the car from him. I did enquire at another dealership about another car however they didn’t follow up like James did. The level of professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. Highly recommend Auto Sportiva and James.

Very good customer service and amazing service all around. Thank you

Fantastic from start to finish, Andy a dealer at auto was there to help me out or guide me through the process whenever I’d need, literally at the end of the phone for you! Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Now in a dream car and loving every second! Cheers lads👍🏽

Having just purchased a luxury second hand car from Auto Sportiva, I was impressed with the high level of customer service provided. There were a few jobs I wanted completing on the car prior to collection, these were all finished to a high standard and with no issues. The paperwork and buying process was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.
