General there are a lot of products…
General there are a lot of products with good prices but many times there are details missing from product description and from autodoc they don’t know the answers . It has happened 3 times to me and I bought the product from another place .

No information about the time of order arival
Very good prices but nowhere on site neither when I placed my order I was informed that it will take up to 15 days to arrive. I had to chat with bot and then call them to confirm it. At least when clients place his order informed them about the time of arrival so you won't have to refund.

Another company
Another company, part of this underground, totally illegal network.
To make the long story short, they refused to refund me the money for items they did not, PURPOSELY, include from my initial order. The order was delivered sometime in March 2025.
Moreover, the order was for 8 spark plugs, at about 12 euros each. They only send me #2! The remaining 6 were never included in the order that was delivered to me.
In addition, the communication with them and their behavior was sadistic. For example, i finally received a reply, on my request for the refund i had placed two days earlier, at 5:42pm!!! on Sept. 2nd, 2025. Their store was closing in 18 minutes - at 6:00pm!! It goes without saying, i was not on the computer right at that time their email arrived in my inbox, thus i was meant to wait for the next day. ;)
In addition, on their standardized email they were asking me to call, EMAIL!, or chat with them online on regular business hours. Notably, their standardized email is an NO-REPLY email and there is NO EMAIL provided anywhere on their website for the customer to communicate with them. Additionally, I have found NO PHONE number to call, mentioned on their website, as well.
Furthermore, I am thinking to my self, at this time they decided to finally reply, I am then left to wait until tomorrow, which is not a big deal, but who in his right mind will talk to those type of undercover, cunning, devious and sadistic/anomalous panks. They very well-known, in the first place, they have mailed the wrong number of items, leaving purposely, no more & no less, but 6 pieces missing, but still declined my request for a refund. I totally disgusted by their immoral and sadistic demeanor.
Concluding, I do not want to ruin my day talking to nasty, cheap undercover liars thus, additionally, leading a potential discussion to nowhere.(Those employees are from and in the nowhere, all lost in space & apparently associated with UAP, where also only recently representatives from the government of the US informed us, that actually Aliens, MAYBE, have and(/or) exist.Right..thanks! They are NOT that sure EITHER...! ;)
