Never gave a quote on my vehicle
Received an auto response stating that within 24 hours I would receive a response. Since it was over the weekend I waited a week and no response.

Dan, who answered the phone, was able to help us hotshot our product quickly and efficiently. Had a truck near our pickup location and was able to deliver to the end destination on time! Would use them again. Great job guys!

I had the displeasure of dealing with…
I had the displeasure of dealing with this company recently. I visited their website and filled out the form for an evaluation of my vehicle to be picked up/scrapped. A gentleman named Sam H phoned me to ask for more details which I then sent with pictures of the vehicle as requested. This same gentlemen told me they would pay $800 for my vehicle and said to email when I was ready to have it picked up. 2 days later I emailed to confirm the vehicle was indeed ready to be picked up at a certain time. They confirmed, by email that this timing would work and that they would get a hold of me to confirm that they were coming. That was this past Saturday. 2 days later and 5-6 emails and calls to their office with no one picking up and no one responding to messages, I have given up on dealing with them. Very poor customer service.

Super reliable and communicative
They were super reliable and communicative. When there was a chance their truck couldn't make it, they offered a solution -- including contacting another company to do the job. The truck made it on time and they didn't have to do that, but I was impressed by all the proactive communication. Dmitri the driver was great and super friendly. Would use them again!

Professional from start to finish.
I accidented my car in Toronto and needed to get it back to Montreal quickly on a flatbed. I must say dealing with Dan online and on the phone was super professional and prompt. Dimitri who came to pick up the car and transport it to Montreal, was punctual, communicative and just a good guy. He even let me know when the car was delivered and shared a photo. My experience was great. They answered fast every time I called or texted them. The service was effective and fast too. They kept sending me updates about my car while they were in the process of delivering it. I recommend this company!

Good Service For Moving a Project Car
Great first experience with Autoheaven - had to move a non-running project car (an old Volvo) a bit of a distance, and they made it pretty easy.
Pick-up literally took five minutes, and drop-off was easily just as quick. Driver was kind and courteous and helped push my car into a parking space.
I'm a weirdo and am typically allergic to arranging things like this over the phone, so I was thankful that they put up with my exclusively e-mail communications.
I would give this a 5-star, but I did find the service to be a bit on the expensive side (versus other quotes I got back for the distance) - but Autoheaven were the fastest to get me a quote and send out a driver, so no real complaints from me there. Money well spent.
