Ref: 5M105***4 - Ghosted for 4 months while dealer threatens court.
Absolutely shocking behavior from Autolend (Lendable Ltd). My vehicle unwind has been dragging on since 27th June. Their supplying dealer, Bournemouth High Performance, has been aggressively hostile—threatening me with court action and calling me "silly" over the phone when I asked for a refund update.Now, Autolend's complaints team has completely ghosted my emails, refused to provide an update, and hidden behind their frontline helpline handlers. I have officially escalated this to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Furthermore, because they refuse to collect their van, private driveway storage fees of £25 per day are actively accumulating against them. Total breach of FCA regulations. Disgraceful treatment of a customer.

Well to honest it was great at the start then they found me car but they wanted me to travel 8hours back and forth when I told them I can't travel that distance I declined the car they not very happy about that but I did ask them at start to try and find something closer to home and they wanted me pay for delivery for car from the dealership it would cost me arm and a leg witch I could not afford
