Hi Mr. Hossein,
We would like to provide clarification for the benefit of our other customers.
Your shipment had arrived in the U.S. on the 12th, but it was placed on hold by U.S. Customs due to a required duty payment of USD 31.86 before it could be released for final delivery. As per DHL/EMX regulations, customs duty must be cleared by the consignee (receiver).
Throughout the process, we had reached out 5–6 times via the same email address used by you during order confirmation, but unfortunately we did not receive any response regarding the duty clearance. Additionally, the courier company had also tried multiple times to contact you, and they followed up with us directly as you were not responding to their notifications.
The carrier had also informed us that the shipment would remain on hold until 03/12/2025, after which it would be returned if customs dues were not paid.
We would also like to highlight that our website, every listing, and our shipping policy clearly stated that customs/import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. This is standard procedure for international shipments and is communicated transparently before purchase.
Despite shipping your order on time, providing continuous updates, coordinating with the carrier, and doing everything correctly from our side, we regret that the situation still resulted in a negative review. The delay occurred solely because customs duty was not cleared, not because the item was never dispatched.
We always strive to support our customers, and we had put in significant effort to assist with delivery and communication throughout the entire process.

They assisted in confirming that the product I required matched the serial number of the exact part. The response via texts was prompt and the payment process was also seamless. The product that was delivered matched the part I had paid for and this level of trust especially for online is excellent. I recommend them for online purchase of parts.
