Above and beyond
Customer service was very fast at responding to my order and worked diligently to make sure I was getting the correct part. Even speaking with our mechanic which was above and beyond anything I had expected. Once they figured out the part I actually needed, the order was updated and communication was clear, friendly, and thorough. Honestly was so grateful through the whole process because when your car isn't working, it can be very stressful. This felt like I had a whole team working to make sure I got what I needed to get back on the road.

Sent me a bad transmission and it cost me $3700 to even get it going on the road on top of the $3800 i paid for it. They are making every excuse not to pay for the repairs. Would not recommend this company to send me a bicycle tire for my bicycle 👎🏻👎🏻

Great Experience
I was very skeptical at first and had to do some research to see if this company was legitimate. David worked with me to provide so references of prior customers. Talking to those references and the reviews of Trust Pilot I decided to give them a try. David , Alan and Daisy were a pleasure to work with. They provided step by step updates through the whole process until the engine was delivered to my Auto mechanics place where the work was being done. I may have started out skeptical, but ended up very pleased with their service.

Everything went as advertised shipping was a little slow because it was around the holidays. I also thought it might be a scam only because every single phone call I get that’s from a spam call, They typically have a Middle Eastern accent and it scared me when I got a hold of my rep, but everything was perfect.

I had to replace a 2006 350Z engine, and it had the non-rev or the rev engine and it took a minute to ensure that we got the proper one shipped to us. From start to finish David and Auto Power Source was helpful and attentive. The engine for my son's Mini Cooper S came as advertised, well packaged, clean, and after install runs great. The engine arrived on time. Very professional company, as someone that works in the Automotive repair industry, I can say that this company does not disappoint, great pricing, availability, and knowledgeable reps.
