Disappointing Across the board
The whole order took forever to be processed and delivered. It wasn't until I communicated that if this wasn't resolved as far as delivery and etc goes I would file a complaint with my credit card company. Once delivered the stitching is completely off for the center row, and this is after multiple pictures and communication regarding the 8 seat and the model of car it is. This is truly disappointing for the amount charged and all promises of quality and delivery.

The seat covers for my 2010 Rubicon came well packaged. The fitment was snug and took about 3 hours to get everything properly situated. I am extremely happy with the materials, embroidery work and overall design. The wait from placing the order to delivery was about 8 weeks but well worth it.
The customer service folks were very responsive and kept me updated through the ordering, production and shipping process.
I highly recommend Auto Seat Zone!

I Would Buy Again
I ordered the seats back in February and they arrived the first week in April. I just finished installing the seats in my 2024 Toyota Tundra. It took less than 2 hours for me to do front and rear seats.
They fit perfectly! There’s only a couple tiny corners that you can even tell that they are covers and not attached to the seat. I would absolutely order them again.
They are made of high quality and durable materials. They came exactly as I requested. Black seats with white stitching and white piping. Precisely as I ordered them.

Delivery took too long
I would give delivery - one star, quality and fit - four stars, and installation - two stars.
I received the seat covers yesterday after waiting eleven weeks. The quality and fit of the covers are good. The covers are not labeled for the seat they go on, so there is trial and error to figure out where they should go, and it took several hours to install. I had to remove the rear seat of my truck to get the rear-back covers on. There are extra pieces that I don’t know where to put.

I did not receive full order. I paid for two sets of seat covers for two different vehicles. Gave photos of what was requested for both vehicles and only received seat covers for one vehicle. As of right now i do not recommend buying from them.

I love the seat covers themselves. There’s a cover for the console though that looks great, but much thought wasn’t put into it. It stays bubbled up and comes off CONSTANTLY. There’s no real way to keep it on.

Will get the job done.
Fitment of the front the front seats is on par with what I expected. Rear seat bottoms fitment needs a lot of improvement. Overall they will do their job to protect the original seats from the sun when the top is off.

Wrong color!!!
My seats color came in today and I’m so disappointed I haven’t even tried to install them yet. I requested custom stitching & piping color to match my vehicle and the didn’t do either one… very sad after anxiously waiting for two months on these to arrive.
