I had a challenge with my initial order due to damage during transit but Madeleine has provided outstanding customer service throughout the whole process. I'm pleased with how my order was handled.

This is a 3rd party company! They do not answer any emails , customer support is the same lady everytime that states she will get back to you via phone/email. They lost my package marked delivered , on tracking apparently from Beijing !!! It said my address undeliverable !!!! Auto talent a mess please go elsewhere! Buyer beware!!!

I ordered a set of Swift springs for my FL5, this was the fastest I’ve ever received a part i’ve ordered it was great. Ordered these during my lunch and they were at my door the next day sometime in the afternoon. Packaging was all intact and parts were good already installed on my fl5, will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I ORDERED NEW WHEELS AT 2:00PM ON BLACK FRIDAY. THEY SHOWED UP ON SUNDAY.... BRAVO. NEVER WOULD OF GUESSED WITH THE DEAL I GOT ON THEM THAT THEY WOULD BE AT MY DOOR SO FAST.

The product I purchase was shipped quickly and I received it just as fast. In fact the shipping was so quick by the time I got my tracking number it had been delivered.

Great price and good customer service. The process for actually getting the order shipped and received was a bit different. It took 2.5 weeks just to receive the order. But they did have customer service that was transparent and helpful.

At first i wasn't sure if it was a legitimate website with authentic parts. I placed my coilovers order and didn't know what to expect. At the end of the day i ended up with authentic parts and good customer service. I'll definitely buy my next set of coilover from this website!

I specifically ordered a set of wheels 2 weeks prior to needing them (to be safe) for an event that was paid for. They processed the order and received a text notification that I'd be receiving shipping info, and if not, I was instructed to reach out. 1 day later, no info, I reach out; no response. 2 days, no info, I reach out; no response. I leave for business travel and I receive a notification 1 week later with tracking info but they haven't even received the package... I immediately call and ask if it will be at my home at the 2 week mark and I basically got "we hope so". I told the rep that if they aren't going to arrive by the 2 week mark, I need to cancel and can't accept them because I need to leave for the event with that car. I really didn't get anything other than more "we hope so". The next day I get...you guessed it! DELAYED shipment. I get ahold of them again and basically get told "we're sorry". No "what can I do to make this work", just "I'll talk to my boss". I was sitting on a plane and I told them to cancel (again) and return ship them. Called my credit card, told them about the circumstance, got the charge reversed, then before takeoff called Turner Motorsports that took care of me like I was a VIP. I got my wheels 1 day early with free 2 day on 3 wheels and overnight on the remaining (different warehouse). TM felt bad for the situation, but hey, they're also a race team and "get it".

I understand challenges of dealing with a distributor or warehouse, but doing nothing for a customer isn't going to earn my business. I was patient, polite, and reasonable until the last second when I knew there was no hope and AutoTalent wasn't going to do anything to make it work and get me to the event. I hope everyone else's experiences are positive.

Item is overpriced however found it cheapest here. Fast shipping. Easy installation. Would recommend
