Alufelge mit falscher Farbe geliefert, angeblich Fehler vom Mitarbeiter, ich habe die Felge zurückgesendet
und mein Geld nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen zurück
bekommen . Die Versandkosten 19,88 Euro für die
Rücksendung habe ich bis Heute nicht bekommen.
Die Firma Auttotomica andwortet nicht auch nach mehrmaligen aufordern.
Diese Firma ist mit aller Vorsicht zu genießen Sie hat betrügerische Absichten.

Der über e-bay gekaufte Scheinwerfer war undicht und hat innen Feuchtigkeit gezogen, deshalb habe ich ihn zurückgeschickt. Von den über 500€ Kaufpreis hat Autotomica mehr als 70€ einbehalten. Das wären die e-bay Gebühren, die angeblich nicht zurückerstattet würden. Auf den Versandkosten, sowie den Kosten für Ein- und Ausbau bin ich auch sitzen geblieben. Fall wurde von mir bei e-bay gemeldet. Kann diese Firma leider nicht empfehlen, seriös geht anders.

Ware wurde zwar geliefert aber ohne zugehörige Rechnung. Verkäufer reagiert nicht auf Mails oder Chatnachrichten. Erst nach der Erwähnung, die Sendung zurückzuschicken, kam die Rechnung innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Vorher 3 Tage nichtmal eine Reaktion.

Lieferung hat sehr lange gedauert.
An dem Artikel waren mehr Defekte als auf den Bildern beim Kauf ersichtlich.
Nach Reklamation und Rücksendung des Artikels bekommt man trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage via E-Mail keine Antwort.
Geld wurde nicht zurückerstattet!

Mir wurde ein leicht defekter Artikel geschickt. Auf den Defekt wurde nicht hingewiesen. Nachträgliche Erstattungen waren ohne Erfolg. Lieferung lief schnell wie zugesagt. Würde nicht nochmals dort kaufen

LADRI, SCORRETTI E MALE ORGANIZZATI, questo è quello che posso dire dopo la mia esperienza, non li raccomando di sicuro. Ho comprato questa estate un faro anteriore per la mia XCeed e sapendo che era arrivato presso la sede del corriere la mattina porto la macchina dal carrozziere che intanto smonta tutto il paraurti anteriore eccetera e il pomeriggio vado a ritirare il faro e lo porto dal mio carrozziere. Qui la prima sorpresa: ho ordinato il destro, mi hanno spedito il sinistro… risultato: la macchina era completamente smontata e il vecchio faro non si poteva rimontare ed ho dovuto lasciarla dal carrozziere finché non mi avessero spedito il faro giusto, e sono passate più di due settimane, il che mi ha recato grande disagio in quanto ho dovuto rimandare anche di due giorni la partenza per il mare. Ma questo non è niente… una volta arrivato il faro corretto e rimontato (pagando anche altri 50€ in più per il rismontaggio e il rimontaggio…) la sera mi accorgo subito che il fascio di luce era strano, non andava bene. Mi è venuto il dubbio che potesse essere per il mercato inglese ( anche se su Ebay non era specificato), allora di rientro dal mare vado in concessionaria KIA per far verificare e confermano il mio dubbio, il faro era per le macchine con guida a destra!! Lo faccio subito presente ai venditori di “Autotomica” che si dimostrano gentili e disponibili, assicurandomi che mi avrebbero rimborsato il faro ( con la spedizione a mio carico …) anche se i termini di restituzione di Ebay erano scaduti perché volevano rifarsi di tutti i disagi che mi avevano causato. Risultato: gli rispedisco anche il secondo faro (43€!) e da li in poi sono spariti! Ho scritto a loro più e più volte su Ebay ma non mi hanno mai più risposto! Sono riuscito a parlare con quelli di Ebay che mi hanno detto che purtroppo non potevano fare niente perché i termini di tempo erano scaduti ( tra il primo e il secondo faro sarà passato un mese…). Potevo rivenderlo io su Ebay e recuperare i soldi spesi e invece mi hanno fregato in tutto più di 500€! LADRI, LADRI E LADRI!! La sensazione è quella che loro sapevano che io non avrei potuto fare niente se loro avessero deciso di fregarmi, e così hanno fatto. Il mio consiglio è di cercare un altro venditore perché se il pezzo vi arriva giusto ok, ma se lo dovete restituire…

Cant fault this company. Purchased a headlight for a Hyundai i30. It arrived in absolutely perfect condition, no scratches or visible damage whatsoever, Well packed to protect it in transit to us here in Ireland. Shipping a bit slow but I'll put that down to Christmas and an overload on services.

I bought a used Fiat Ducato right-hand rearview mirror that from the pictures was an exact undamaged match for the one that a British driver took off my vehicle with prejudice. From the pictures, it looked perfect and undamaged.

What arrived was a mirror that "almost" looked like the one in the picture, with a corner of the door mount snapped off. That's the uppermost part that contacts the door before the mirror hinge, meaning, when it rains, it will go right in that spot, down to one of the holes in the side of the door skin where the cables or bolts traverse through and into the inside of the door. The mirror was packaged haphazardly, with a box-within-a-box (a prior Disney store box), some black trash bags and some broken bits of styrofoam. In principle, although unprofessionally wrapped, it should have survived the transport.

It did. The piece that's missing from the mirror isn't anywhere in the box, and therefore, it must have been damaged prior to shipping.

Fine. Just complain and send it back for a full refund, right? Their website says that if it arrives damaged, open up a return case with them and everything will be fine. Besides, I have 60 days to send something back unused for any reason, according to their website.

Well, it's been a week since I've heard from the owner of the company. Technically, he's ghosted me. I originally sent him an email because his Shopify storefront still registered the item as 'in transit' although it was in my possession, and I wanted to click 'return' instead of 'cancel' (which I should have done instead of playing fair). He responded that he set the status properly and that I should try again. I then requested a refund and a shipping label.

After several days, I wrote another email saying "thanks for resetting it but could you please process the refund? I need a new mirror because I can't drive with a broken one..."

Ghost.

So, I escalated to Paypal. No response from him over that channel either.

This company does not stand behind it's products. It's clear that the item is used and should show some signs of wear, but it's status should reflect the pictures (undamaged). As it is, it cannot be used. I gave him a chance to source a replacement, but that time has passed and I've had to order a new part for even more money from a respectable and reputable vendor.

Take my advise: Don't trust this company with your hard-earned money.

Edit: After escalating to PayPal, he offered me a refund if I sent back the item. Still no communication from him, and I had to pay my own return shipping. But, in the end, my refund was processed, so I'll up this from one to two stars. I still won't purchase from there though.
