this company is a piece of garbage lying people telling one price end charging you more no one recommends

This company is a scam. They quoted me a total cost of $170. I paid the deposit and then they changed it to $750-800 right after I paid. Will be a pending small claims court cost.

There's several different areas around the country using this name Elite Auto shipping. They all talk the same till the same lies and never produce. If they finally find a shipper they will raise the price two three four times more than your agreed on price. Their main goal is to get you to send them a deposit on your credit card. Unfortunately when you reach out to the u-ship connection those lead to dispersed and your phone blows up with foreign speaking Brokers wanting your money. I lost my deposit with Elite Auto shipping

I have a problem even giving them a star. This company is not legit. They took my 208 dollars. And. Never showed and would never commit. I got as far as receiving a call form Gabriel the dispatcher that promises You the world and three days he told me they could pick on a Saturday morning, again would Not. Commit. Then promised the next day, then the next day still did not commit. They are liars he called me on a Sunday at 11 pm, and promised pick up on Monday between 10 and 12. Liar, The are liars that afternoon I called at 1 Pm and he said they cannot pick it up on Monday. F... this company. Never use them

Scam...Company tried to double price at the last minute

The first agent of the company I spoke with, Mary agreed to ship my car for $500. Three days later, nothing happened the the price went to $800 and when I checked back with them some two days and nothing happened, no pick up.

Now that I really needed my car shipped, Mary's colleague took over and I ended up with a $1500 bill. After I had signed the paperwork for $1500, he contacted me and said he was going to send me another bill of $75 claiming that that one was 'just only $75 is my fee so I an going to send you the updated paperwork just simply review and sign.' That sounded funny and fraudulent so I ignored it. Then he sent another text saying 'Driver is on hold' even though the driver was at my home and pickup was ongoing. I asked for a contact number for the driver and he provided yet another of his numbers so when I called that number he was the one who picked up the phone. On arrival, the driver informed me that they didn't want to put him in direct contact with me and it was the exact thing they did to me. The driver also indicated that their official paperwork sent to him does not have a contact number for the company and they didn't tell him that they had already charged $200 making the driver to doubt me when I told him the remaining balance was 1300. He had to make another call for confirmation which was quite embarrassing. My car was picked up on Thursday and when I asked what day it was to be delivered, he said Monday. I insisted on talking with the driver and when I finally spoke with the driver, he told me he was to deliver on Saturday and he did so. You just have to be very careful when dealing with such a company.

I called Elite Auto Shipping less than two weeks ago. A very reliable friend referred him to me.
Michael answered my call and explained the whole procedure and cost for the transport. He got back to me promptly and was very accommodating. My car left on time, the driver Victor delivered it today without a problem.

Very disappointing experience. The driver arrived for pickup but could not fit the vehicle on the trailer. Instead of clearly communicating the situation and properly updating the customer, the load was canceled.

The issue was not the delay — delays happen in transportation. The real problem was the lack of communication and customer service. It felt like they did not know how to properly handle or explain the situation to the customer.

Excellent company, magnificent communication, I recommend it 100%.
