The car was almost brand new with no damages, and great aircondition, especially through hot summer days! The staff was amazing and explained everything about the rental and the car thoroughly. I will definitely rent again!

I have been using Autotrip for the last three years I've been in Crete. Their services have been amazing, always to be trusted.

I rented a car from Autotrip and had a great experience. The booking was quick and easy, with no hidden charges. The car I got was practically brand new, spotless, and very reliable. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent value for money! I’ll definitely rent from them again and highly recommend Autotrip!

We booked a car for almost 3 weeks with Autotrip Crete in July 2025, this summer. The booked Fiat Panda that we received already had a major problem with the engine, before hand-over. We have been travelling during night hours and nobody answered the Autotrip 24/7 hotline for tecnical car problems/emergencies, although we tried several times at different hours. The car was even shaking while driving and the red light for motor/engine problem was on. We had to drive a total of 3-4 hours to reach our Hotel.
After driving the unstable car with engine problem for 1-2 hours, Autotrip contacted us via phone: Litsa Andreadaki from Autotrip denied that the engine can have a problem and asked if we are drunk. "It's just bad quality fuel". They even asked where we fuelled. Very professional.
We insisted on receiving a good car, because even the mechanic from road assistance confirmed that the car had a major engine/motor problem, after inspection.
After several phone calls we received a relatively new Kia Picanto the day after from Autotrip, which was finally good and without problems.
Next time please check all cars in advance if they have engine damage or similar, especially before renting your cars to customers that book the car for almost 3 weeks. They likely are going to drive a lot on an island like Crete. Thank you.

Look no further this is the best company I have ever rented a car with. They worked to reach out needs then caped it off by giving us a better car at a better price. Brought the car to us full of fuel. Full insurance cover. Explained everything we needed and even helped with places to visit, which turned out to be fantastic. Thank you for making our holiday.

Perfect car rental. We got toyota yaris in very good condition, with tranfer from the airport to hotel and back , everything ready like promest thxs for the good service

Certainement la meilleure compagnie de location en Crete !
Pas de chichi à la réception et au retour de la voiture . Maria ou Litsia vous accueilleront toujours à l'heure à la sortie de l'aéroport. La voiture vous attend devant l'aéroport et vous la rendez à l'aeroport.
Gentillesse , professionnel , elles parlent très bien l'anglais et font un effort pour vous compreniez car tous les touristes ne le parlent pas aussi bien qu'elles.
Super prix de location et pas de frais cachés !
Les assurances que vous disposez sont clairement enoncees et ce qui n'est pas couvert également.
Voiture propre et pas avec trop de kms au compteur.
Bref j'y retourne dès que je vais en Crete : j'ai confiance en elles !

We have rented a car from them for, I think, at least the 7th or 8th time. And everytime it is the same: perfect car, on-time delivery at the airport or at our holiday address. Super service and easy return at Heraklion Airport. All inclusive prices and really affordable.
