Had a great and pleasurable experience with Autovero.

Firstly, great communication about the car I was interested in, described it well and was very knowledgable over the phone. This was essential as I was coming from a long distance to view the car.

On the day of getting the car, he was more than happy to pick me up from the local airport to save me a taxi ride.

On arrival at the showroom, I was treated to a coffee while I inspected the car, which was as good as described over the phone, if not better.

Because I was coming from a distance, there was enough fuel left in the tank to get me home - a nice little cherry on top to a lovely, memorable day.

Not sure what review I could write that would be worthy to Kalvin and the above and beyond customer service he gives. Not only was the car immaculate (as promised) but his attention to detail was another level. The little finishing touches he gave, on collection day are a service I thought had died in the trade. I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else now. The family are all so impressed they intent to also come back and use him.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Kalvin and the team. Honestly I have never had such a pleasant and honest experience when buying a performance car or car in general. I bought my F type Jaguar from Autovero. They sent me photographs of the car in preparation for me to look at it. They were totally honest about the car as I was travelling a long way to see it. It was in excellent condition and exactly as described on advert and by themselves. They were kind enough to pick me up from station when I went to look at it. At no point did I feel pressurised or pushed into a sale. Calvin and his colleague were both really nice and friendly and gave me lots of information about the car. Calvin rang me the evening I bought it to check I was happy with the vehicle. I can highly recommend Autovero and would be delighted to buy from them again.We also appreciated the champagne. it was a very lovely touch. Thank you

I purchased a car through Kalvin at Autovero, he managed to source the car, to the exact spec that i wanted, he managed to get it within my price budget (less than market price) and he managed to get it delivered within a week of agreeing the deal, it was my first time doing business with Autovero after being referred to by a friend, and honestly i could not fault their customer service or their quality of work, they were phenomenal, it was a pleasure doing business and i hope we will do more business in the very near future.

I haven't yet purchased a car with Autovero but I was utterly blown away by the professionalism, knowledge and complete transparency of this firm. Super impressed in the levels of customer service and no pressure was put on me at any point. All in all a wonderful experience which I could not fault.
