Not as much choice on wax melts
Firstly, I want to start by saying I love their wax melts, I have used them for several years now. However, just recently I am very disappointed in the lack of choices available, now only 5, with no seasonal fragrances being available in the wax melts but new seasonal fragrances are being released in the cleaning products? Feels like they are moving away from the wax melts now?
Sadly I’ve started to look to buy elsewhere for more choice

Great service, excellent products.
Products arrived really quick, beautifully packaged and the home cleaning products smell amazing. They even do wax melts and diffuser oils to match the cleaning products so everywhere in my home smells amazing.
Personally I love the fact that these products are pet friendly, so the scents of the products are a huge bonus.
100% recommending this company!

Not as good as it used to be
Stocked up on the sale due to existing fragrances which were leaving . Really disappointed that the majority of the core range has gone . Rosey wonderland, seyshells and fairy soft. I find the website is getting emptier and no new releases so unable to spend my points on anything worth while therefore isn’t worth purchasing . Due to the lack of scent choices etc it’s forced me to look and buy off another company which is unfortunate as I’ve been with this company from the start .
I really would love for the website to be updated with scents and miss seeing the updates regarding this company it just seems a little dead social media wise also no promotions .
Please listen to customers and bring some of the core range back

Car diffuser is a Waste of money!
The car diffuser is a Terrible product, I has tried may home fragrance products over the years from different companies, this was by far the worst. It smells of nothing even with the stock saturated with the fragrance oil. Slight smell when the air con is on full, such a waste of money!
