We rented a car from advance gr in Milos . Fantastic friendly service. Peter was great at handling a small issue with our bumper , same morning and with a smile.
We 100 percent recommend the firm and they drop off at hotel and also we returned at airport. Easy procedure, no fuss and friendly.

We recently hired a small car from Avance in Kefalonia and were very pleased with everything. The car was in good condition, it was easy to check in and out and all the staff were very friendly and relaxed. They even gave us a bottle of cold water each on arrival!

Very basic service overall. Some times it felt a bit cheeky too.
a)They forgot to give me back my driver's license.
b)I asked for a seat booster. They charged me but they didn't have one. I had to wait for it to be delivered.
c)The vehicle was half full and I was supposed to bring it back half full (I ve never received a half full vehicle). I asked "How am I supposed to fill it up to that point? Do I leave the engine on?". They said "You can add up a little more". Brought it back with "a light more" and asked "What would have happened if I brought it a little less?" "We would charge you €15 min". I said "Are you going to give me back money now for the extra gas?". They said "No, we don't refund money".
This is so silly.

We had a fantastic experience with Avance in Santorini. Our hotel recommended them and we went for the full insurance, which made life much easier. They dropped the car off at the hotel, the price was fair, the car was good and drop-off was so easy. highly recommend.

Just returned from a weeks holiday in Kefalonia. Originally had a transfer booked from airport but decided to get car for the week. Amazing service throughout, we arrived late evening into airport and was concerned the office may have closed but staff were patiently waiting for us . Everything was very straightforward, no hassle, excellent prompt service, picking up and returning the car. Thank you. Will definitely use again.

Let me begin with - OUTSTANDING! We will not only be coming back to Santorini, Greece, but we will also rent with Avance if there is ever an option!!!! This was our first customer experience other than the airport in Santorini, Greece.

We were afraid to try out and rent a car from a less known company for the first time when compared to the neighboring counters featuring AVIS and Hertz and the other agencies, but thanks to the representative at the counter Dimitrus and his smile, we will be going with Avance every time! There were no high pressure sales tactics and he gave us what we requested at more competitive prices. Do not be afraid of the lack of lines like we were at first! Miss Fortini I met at Santorini Airport was very kind and explained the road conditions in Santorini in detail.

Excellent service at Avance Santorini! Dimitris professionally helped us with everything and was very accommodating. Absolutely no fuss picking up and dropping off. I can absolutely recommend Avance and thank them for making our stay at Santorini easy-going.

Hired a A3 cabriolet at the Santorii airport for 3 days. Dimitri at the Avance airport counter was super helpful, courteous and patient! In fact it is a Greek company, so wanted to support local so used that instead of international companies. Had a great experience from start to end - car pickup was at a convenient location next to airport building exit. Car was in excellent condition and very clean

Ενοικιάζουν φτηνά υποτίθεται το αυτοκίνητο και στα παίρνουν στο τέλος από τη βενζίνη με πλάγιους τρόπους.
Νοίκιασα Renault Clio έκανα 100 χιλιόμετρα ίσως και λιγότερα έβαλα 2 φορές από 10€ βενζίνα, σύνολο 20€, και ο δείκτης δεν κούνησε καθόλου από τη θέση του. Αποτέλεσμα να μου πάρουν άλλα 10€ κατά την παράδοση. Όταν πήγα στα γραφεία τους μέσα στο αεροδρόμιο παραδέχτηκαν ότι το συγκεκριμένο αυτοκίνητο καμία φορά κολλάει ο δείκτης της βενζίνης όταν δεν βγάλεις την κάρτα την στιγμή που βάζεις βενζίνα (κάτι που κανείς δεν μου είχε πει βέβαια) αλλά για τα 10€ που μου πήραν δεν έκανε κανένα σχόλιο.
Προσοχή. Καλύτερα να δώσετε κάτι παραπάνω εις γνώση σας παρά να σας τα παίρνουν με πονηριά. Μην σας περνάνε για ηλίθιους.

They are supposed to rent the car cheaply and in the end they get it from the petrol in indirect ways.
I rented a Renault Clio, I did 100 kilometers, maybe less, I put 2 times from € 10 petrol, a total of € 20, and the index did not move at all from its position. As a result, they charge me another € 10 upon delivery. When I went to their offices inside the airport, they admitted that the specific car sometimes sticks to the petrol indicator when you do not take out the card when you put petrol (something that no one had told me of course) but for the 10 € they took from me it did not make any comments.
Caution. Better to give something more to your knowledge than to be taken by cunning. Do not be fooled.

Alquilamos un coche en Atenas del 9 al 23 de octubre. He alquilado coches en otros paises como Italia, Israel, España y Republica Checa. Esta es la mejor compañia de alquiler de coches que he encontrado nunca.
Precio: excelente. Ninguna otra compañia en Grecia ofrece un precio tan barato
Atencion al cliente: excelente. Todas las preguntas que les hice por correo electronico, las respondieron en un dia.
Facilidad de llevar el coche en ferry a otros sitios: excelente. Sin problema, pero te avisan que si el coche sufre daños en el ferry, ningun seguro lo cubre. Otras compañias no dejan llevar el coche en ferry
Vehiculo: excelente. Me ofrecieron al mismo precio un coche automatico de categoria superior, practicamente nuevo.

J’ai loué une voiture chez Avance à Milos, j’ai en reculant abîmé le pare choc droit arrière, j’en suis entièrement responsable, j’ai payé 300€ en rendant la voiture pour la réparation.
J’avais payé avec ma carte visa premier donc je peux être remboursée du sinistre sur une voiture de location mais il me faut la facture de la réparation, je n’arrive pas à l’obtenir de la part d’Avance malgré mes demandes répétées
Cela veut sans doute dire qu’on m’a fait payer 300€ et qu’on n’a pas fait réparer la voiture
Une pratique très malhonnête alors que moi j’ai été très honnête, j’ai tout simplement été bernée et volée

The car was clean in and out, with special covid protection on the steering wheel. They were reachable by telephone, in 2 minutes I had made my reservation and had received the confirmation email, super professional. There was a problem with my credit card and they allowed me to use a debit instead, this saved my whole vacation as Santorini needs a car to be explored properly. 5 stars because we had a misunderstanding but the way they solved the issue was so professional we left with smiles. Lastly, this is the only Greek company that leases cars and they deserve all the support, rightfully!
