I've had at least six people from this company reach out to me several times in the past two months. The emails are always the same vague job descriptions. I replied to a few of them and had phone calls with them.

After being ghosted each time, I started responding that I wasn't interested.

They claim to have reviewed my "profile" but are clearly too incompetent or too lazy to read it. Each job has required a Master's Degree, which I don't have.

My recruiter, Neha, was very nice and easy to work with. She pushed the interview process forward and I got a new job. The whole team at Avance Consulting has been very nice and easy to work with.
I started my new job the middle of last week and they are staying in touch and answer my emails promptly when I have question.

I have been looking for a permanent position for some time, with only contract and temporary coming my way. My first contact with Prasanth was very pleasant and to the point. I described my situation and he was able to match me to an ideal client. Prasanth listened to me to understand my career goals and background. He was able to give me some insights about opportunities that I had previously not considered. Between Prasanth and her manager Karishma they both worked diligently to figure out several tech issues with the client server systems and the necessary video call interviews with the client. They gave me consistent and clear updates about the process. It was very reassuring and smooth. The result is that I have a new job that I am very excited about and Avance has a good placement with an outstanding tech firm. I really feel that Prasanth and Avance give the extra effort to match their clients to the opportunities.

The process felt somewhat confusing and rushed, but overall relatively typical of a consulting firm working for a larger conglomerate. The position itself ended up being very different than what was advertised, but that's more to do with the client than Avance. I will say everyone I've worked with personally from Avance (especially Sarvani Venigalla) has been kind and thorough! I appreciate their hard work!
