Very un professional
I posted my review on Google, yet my review is being deleted frequently. The reviews on Google are ver misleading. I chose Aveda basing on the positive reviews, but my experience was the worst.
I had a haircut and dye on 14 th of March at Aveda. I'm a practical person , I do my hair once a year and when I do it, I choose the best salon regardless of the costs.So, I asked for a chin length bob . Before getting the cut , the hairstylist dyed the hair. And then she started cutting , the cut was longer than I liked ,I asked her to make adjustments, while she was cutting my hair, the manager came and told the hairstylist it's the time to close the hair salon , it was almost 6:00 pm, and my hair wasn't done yet. And then the hairstylist was shortening my hair from the side, for the second time the manager came with another member of the staff to say that the time was up, that was not nice, I was annoyed .The hair stylist said that she finished my hair. I wasn't satisfied. When I went home, I discovered that my hair was shorter from the side and longer from the back, a hair cut that has nothing to do with a picture that I showed the hairstylist when I first asked her to do my hair. I got a depression and I was really sad . I couldn't go out from the house for a whole week.I paid 164 euros , to get a result that is not worthy by all means .
