This isn't bad hosting. But right now i have a problem with my VPS. I opened ticket no response from support. I can't use my server. Can you please answer me. But it's really cheap and used it year to host my sites.
Support isn't just slow, it doesn't come at all.
I sent a support ticket and email because communication with the server was interrupted, but I haven't received a response even after 12 hours.

I have just purchased a monthly subscription for a Windows VPS at USD 3.5.
However, after the purchase, I received a VPS installed with Linux (Ubuntu) instead of Windows.
On your website, it is clearly specified that this price corresponds to a Windows VPS.
The custumers services did not answer, with email and 2 tickets in their platform.
It seams cheap but it is not windows server as desscribed in their site , it is only Linux.

The $3.5 VPS plan is designed as a lightweight configuration and is intended for Linux operating systems only. Windows is not available in the OS selection list for this plan because Windows Server requires significantly more RAM and resources to run properly and reliably. For this reason, Windows templates are enabled starting with higher-RAM VPS plans (4GB+), where performance is acceptable.
In your case, the server was deployed with Ubuntu because that is the supported OS for this configuration and it is first on the OS list for that plan.
We also sincerely apologize if you experienced a delay in support responses — this is not the level of service we aim to provide. If you open (or reopen) a ticket now and reference this review, we will prioritize your case and can offer you either:
• a quick upgrade path to a Windows-compatible plan, or
• a solution that fits your needs better.
