Aveonclothing is not a serious company.
This is a typical Chinese scam and fraud business. Our daughters paid for winter jacket order never arrived. Customer service told us there us a delivery delay, but it will be delivered. Our order dates back to January 6 2026. Still no jacket or money back. Stay away from this bandit company.

Warning, SCAM! Does not deserve a single star. My teen daughter bought a pair of jeans with her own money and never got a confirmation on the order or a package. Customer service gives you a standard answer which makes it even worse. Wrote again and they said the package had been sent but won’t give me a tracking number or anything. I’m fuming and feel really sad on behalf of my kid!

Avéon does not even deserve one star. Ordered a winter jacket. Got a tracking number but it was never delivered. Each time I asked for update or them to send a new jacket, I got something that looked like polite auto-answers (said really nothing). When I asked for money back, they stopped replying. No jacket, long deliver time for nothing and no money return - yet.

Don’t buy from this website, they steal designs and content from small brands and make it look all legit. My order never came, and I did not get my money back.

I contacted Feeling Friday who originally sells the dress I bought from Aveon and they said a lot of girls hope to buy FF’s Ivy Dress for cheaper at Aveon but they never receive their order. Stay safe girls, only buy from original designer/retailer, don’t let the price fool you.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! They even answerd my emails to make me belive that my jacket was on the way but it never came.

Scam!!! Meine Kleidung ist nie angekommen und bei Nachfrage per Email kommt nur eine KI Antwort.

Never got my order. Wrote 3 times and Got an automatic answer every time. Such a scam

I ordered a dress in December, and I got the tracking and everything seemed fine. The trackingsite said the package had been delivered, but it hadn’t. So I sendt them a mail to ask if there was a mixup, and I got a clearly ai generated response. I have emailed them probably 7 times and I get the exact same answer every time.

Never received the order. And now the website is unavailable.

Aveón is clearly a scam and I see that others had the same experience as me: I never received my order! I contacted them 3 times already and they gave me the same automatically generated answers each time.
My question is, as we have all been scammed, has anyone took legal steps against them already? If not, we have to.

Still haven’t got my order after one month. Have contacted Aveon 5 times an nothing happens

Stay away. This is only scam. Ordered two jakets for my girls that never came. They say they came on the tracking . They answer on the e-mail contact adres only to try to make you belive their scam. This should be delivered to Norway!!.

I have not got my order yet, after one month after ordering. Aveon support says it t it could be an error due to the recent holidays, and they would send me the package again if it does not show up within 5 days (this was 01.02.26). Today it is 25.02.26, and they don`t no longer respond to emails and they have not send a new package. This is scam!

I would give this shop a 0. It is clearly a SCAM. I ordered a bag on december 30, but has not yet received it. According to their own tracking it has been delivered with Swedish PostNord, but when I search for the package on PostNords own site they say it does not exist. Do not order from this shop.
