I've been using an averia collar for a few months now and I've been really happy with it. Their customer support has been responsive and the collar works well. The tracking seems accurate, battery life is decent enough I can go a week without thinking about it, and having a spare battery is super convenient. I love that I can just swap it out in a few seconds and it's back to full. The app is also good with a nice design. The last thing I'll say is I appreciate the option to do monthly subscription instead of having to pay a full year or more in advance

After using the Averia smart collar on my pup, I’ve been really impressed with everything it can do. It gives me the comfort that my dog is safe and staying healthy. One of my favorite features is the Radar View. It gives you a real-time, directional view of exactly where your dog is in relation to you. Super helpful when we’re out hiking and she is off-leash.

I also love that you can connect family and friends to the app. It’s been so handy when we’ve left our dog with someone when we are out of town. You can easily give access to whoever you trust, and they can see everything in the app just like you. You can see all your dog's activity while you're gone and they can also leave notes within different activities which I found useful!

Overall, the Averia collar is a wonderful investment and gives us peace of mind!

We were having difficulty with Fi collars providing accurate off leash walks in the woods with our three dogs. So we thought we would Averia a try when we first noticed their availability. But first I ran a test, and compared the new Averia collar to our current Fi collars and also a Tractive collar during the one month free trial period. I took all three types of collars with me on a 1.8 mile bicycle ride around town, along with the Strava app running on my phone. The Averia collar was superior to the other two and comparable to Strava for accuracy of the track. We now own two Averia collars, and when our current Fi subscriptions runs out, we will purchase a third Averia collar. There were a few glitches with Averia during the first months of operation, but Averia support was and is very responsive to our needs and I highly recommend their dog collars for both accuracy of tracking and for the features of their software.

Our research and correspondence with Kris from Averia helped us determine we wanted to try their product. We have had the collar and tracker for a couple years now and it is every bit as good as we were told it would be. Real time reporting and updating is very valuable when it comes to catching up to a pet on the loose.

We only ever had to actually locate our pet once via the Averia collar. Our dog Chevy, put it to the test in Mar 2024. Total elapsed time once we realized he was out of the safe zone was probably less than 10 minutes. I would have found him sooner, had I had my phone with me to get the notification when it went off. According to the app, Chevy travelled 1.55 miles and was out of the safe zone 42 min. Lesson learned. Keep your monitor with you at all times.

We also have friends whom we added to the app. They dog sit for us and can follow uptodate notifications just like we do. That is a nice tool built into the app.

Admittedly, it took me a little while to learn the app. Slow learner. No matter the question I had though, Kris and his team of technicians were right there to educate me on areas where I lacked understanding. And very quick with their response. Usually less than 24 hours.

They are a truly customer oriented team/business and are very deserving of my highest endorsement. This tracking collar lives up to the reputation advertised.

Amazing product! As first-time dog parents, we tried many trackers, and Averia by far outperformed them all. Great customer service as well.

The Averia collar is great! Keeps my dog safe and the battery lasts forever! She’s gotten out a few times and with the collar it was easy to locate her!

The Averia collar/app system is so user-friendly and precise! I was nervous to learn how to use a new app but once I tested it out the first couple times it became a go-to for outdoor adventures (walks, hikes and runs) with my dog here in Utah. It’s also durable and waterproof which is great. I felt better about leaving my dog with a sitter when going out of town because you can monitor activity, give your sitter access to the app, and be notified immediately if they leave the secure safe-zone you set.
I also LOVE having the tracked routes and activity stats at the end of each activity. The moment we got back to our home wifi after a walk, the Averia app would update with all the details and show you the recording. Plus, their customer service team is super responsive and they are always looking to make improvements and new features! Great experience so far with Averia!
