Andrew provided me with clear and detailed advice, setting realistic expectations of potential outcomes of my case which was not straight forward.

Courtney Walshaw and Julie Sheldon did a fantastic job in the conveyance of my partner and I’s first home. Both Courtney and Julie were proactive in accelerating the process in line with the completion timelines. Very little input was required from us and where it was, information was explained in a way which enabled us to understand what was required.

They were always at the end of the phone too to explain and walk us through anything. We were highly impressed with their service and would recommend them as conveyance solicitor to anyone, especially first time buyers!

I contacted avery Walter’s Solicitors to inquire about their hourly rates and request a ballpark quote for work related to a workplace stress claim. An administrative assistant took down my personal details, which felt overly intrusive given that I was simply asking for pricing information.
Also I was asked to provide documents before providing a quote. I provided the requested documents on the understanding that, under GDPR, their purpose was solely to assess the case facts and generate a quote.

Shortly after a few days I received an email from someone to say would not look at the case.
However, despite this, I never received a quote. This raises serious questions about why the firm requested my documents in the first place and what they actually did with them. Given that the document was relatively short and straightforward, it should not have taken a few days to review—especially for a specialist employment solicitor.

I followed this up via email and phone in which I never got a response.

Overall, avery Walter’s Solicitors came across as unprofessional and unresponsive. If you’re looking for a firm that keeps you updated and acts promptly, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Rather than alleviating
