I am so pleased with the help and support I received from AVG, all of the staff have been fantastic friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful in helping me to achieve my dream of going onto higher education and to attempt to obtain my degree, it is especially difficult for me because I am dyslexic and I would’ve given up at the first hurdle because the application processfor me is extremely complicated although it isn’t if you have help. If I didn’t have a VG HELP I wouldn’t have got through the student finance fin. For me is extremely complicated although it isn’t if you have help. If I didn’t have a VG’s help I wouldn’t of got through the student finance process and I attempted to do it myself two years ago and I gave up, now that I have the support.

She made this a great experience and gave all of her attention to any matters that I had. She was available anytime and would answer within minutes.she’s always happy to answer any kind of questions and even go deeper with her answers that would answer questions I didn’t even know I had yet.
