Aviator Intelligence Reviews

I highly recommend this interview prep service to anyone pursuing a career in aviation.

From the very beginning, the team takes the time to really get to know you, your background, and your experience in detail. They don’t just provide generic interview preparation, they help identify your strengths and tailor your story so you can effectively highlight what makes you stand out based on your background and resume.

One of the things I appreciated most was how supportive the entire team was throughout the process. They made me feel comfortable and confident, and I genuinely felt like they were rooting for my success.

The team consists largely of veteran pilots with extensive experience in airline recruiting and hiring. They understand what recruiters and interviewers are looking for and, more importantly, how to help you present your experiences in a way that differentiates you from other candidates.

Whether you’re preparing for an interview with a regional or legacy airline, a Part 135 operator, or a fractional carrier, I highly recommend their service. The personalized preparation, industry knowledge, and genuine support make the experience well worth it.

Aviator Intelligence was definitely one of the best investments I’ve made for my aviation career. Highly recommend going with the 1:1 package. What sets this course apart is that your training is tailored to you. They work around your schedule for all of your 1:1 training. You have 24/7 access to there Pilots to answer any urgent questions you may have via phone call or text. Thank you Aviator Intelligence!

I reached out to Aviator Intelligence after scheduling my interview with a Regional Airline. With only 2.5 weeks to help get me prepared, the team at AI went above and beyond to make sure that I was as prepared as I could be. They scheduled multiple HR sessions and Technical questions with multiple coaches. I went into the interview prepared for anything that could come my way and with the confidence to know that I could do great. Was offered a position with the company shortly after. 10/10 would recommend.

This team is truly passionate about getting you as ready as can be for your interview. I learned so much about the interview process and feel like I was given more tools to add to my bag to be prepared for any interview.

One of the best investments I've made in my aviation career was working with Aviator Intelligence.

I'm a career changer who took the civilian route into aviation and worked as a flight instructor before starting the airline application process. When it came time to build a competitive resume, complete airline applications, network at pilot conferences, follow up with recruiters, and prepare for both HR and technical interviews, Aviator Intelligence was there every step of the way.

What stood out most was that I wasn't treated like just another client. They paired me with a team of experienced professionals who took the time to understand where I was in my career, where I wanted to go, and what I needed to do next. They gave me clear, actionable guidance before every application, networking event, recruiter interaction, and interview, which made the entire process feel much more manageable.

Beyond the technical preparation, they genuinely cared about my success. They celebrated the wins, helped me learn from setbacks, and kept me moving forward with a plan.

Thanks to their coaching and support, I was able to earn a CJO from a regional airline.

If you're serious about pursuing an airline career, I wholeheartedly recommend Aviator Intelligence.

My experience with Aviator Intelligence (AI) has been spectacular. The first thing you need to know is that they are on your team the second you engage them. They want you to succeed.

Any and all input they provide is based on real world experience.

To this date, I have only sought to work for one airline. However, AI’s information and material are designed to support any operator you are looking for.

There was ample information provided on what to expect in the interview process. The prep material was spot-on.

They can’t do the interview for you, but they will make sure you understand what the interview will be like.

My logbooks were around a B- before going through AI. Their process had my logbooks at A+.

The SBQ and HR prep was great. I had 2 live sessions each. The first HR session was cause for a lot of reflection. I took about a week to process and start over. The difference was night and day. Thanks to AI, I was able to make critical growth and development in a very condensed period.

If you are willing to put in the work, they will help you be 100% ready. The execution is up to you, but you’ll be absolutely ready if you utilize the material they provide, are humble so they can help mold you for your interview and put in the reps.

As good as it gets!! I love how professional the Aviator Intelligence team is . They helped me nail a perfect looking logbook finding a lot of small mistakes that I never thought would be a problem . They helped me fix my resume and made sure it looked as great as possible (Paying close attention to the details)And they were the reason I walked with full confidence on the interview day and had a great experience. The team works very close with you, they help you as needed until you feel ready with 1 on 1 sessions and every time you have a question there will be somebody to help you almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this to everyone looking to land their dream job with an airline.
