So I ordered a few items and paid for the £3.50 delivery of 1-2 days. I hadn't heard anything on the 2nd day about dispatch, so sent them an email. This is the email I received back....

We've checked our records and found that due to unforeseen circumstances, your order ******** was stuck on our system. Therefore, it was not processed further.

We'd request you to please confirm if you'd require the order or want a refund so that we can help you with reship/refund as soon as possible.

After this I have obviously requested a refund. Especially as the reviews are not great and being a first time customer.

After reading the reviews this is not the first time something as been stuck on their system and not processed.

Avon, you have now lost a customer, a first time customer!

Wow, Avon get your shipping act together. I don’t expect you to move at the speed of Amazon but really $8 for shipping and SLOW. Ordered on the 20th got on the 29th. How slow would it have been if I had spent enough for the free shipping? It was just a little $30 order, so I don’t expect free shipping. However, paying $8 I expect it fast. I could have been a new good customer.

I was disappointed when my lip conditioner came and it was dated 2018 with a sun screen so no good my mascara was dated 2017 and dry when I opened it. Was told to add water to it so I tried and it went flakey after it dried and my make up liquid colour was dated 2018. Perfume was dated 2017. Not sure why or who is filling the orders from the warehouse but when your spending good money I expect items to be in the year we are in. Not old outdated products. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Avon WATERPROOF eyeliner. I was very anxious to try my new product so as soon as I received it that morning I had to try it. That afternoon we went on a road trip and a couple hours laterI looked in the car mirror, the eyeliner was smudged on my eyelids and below my eyes. I looked like I had been standing out in the rain! I was so disappointed! Save your money and do NOT buy this product for it being waterproof.

I ordered a gift for my niece from Avon. I gave them her shipping address, and paid for the order. Did Avon send the order to her. NO They sent the order to me. Now I have to pay for double shipping to get the order to my niece by Christmas. All Avon could say is, "I'm sorry." I have to pay the bill for their mistake.

Whenever I find the perfect product and color Avon discontinues either the item or color. Very frustrating. I loved the Classic Aura blush shade and now I can no longer get it because Avon discontinued it. There is no other shade that comes close in Avon blush.

I have used quite many products during several years, but I was not completely satisfied with them. They are good, but not excellent. Suitable for young girls and women, mostly because their accessible prices.

I ordered the wild country aftershave splash and it came with a few ounces missing. I don’t know if this is normal or not

Terrible service.

Put in for a return 2 months ago and still not collected.
I've had agents not sending returns labels so can't be collected. The wrong address put down and when I gave 48 hours notice of this told am too late. Give over 24 hours notice to have collection picked up at another address as no one would be in and its the same area and get a reply on the day of collection.

Avoid if you have any returns as they try avoid collecting it and your credit rating suffers

Avon though has good products but it is messy when it comes to delivery. We at igurucool.in suffered due to delivery issues.

Free delivery was offered by Avon when spending £20 or more. I placed an order for several items late Thursday night and received them in full on Saturday lunchtime. No complaints here.

I am a rep for 3 years and I am kind of satisfied about the brand, but the reason why a gave 3 stars is that the order come a little messy and some of the products may suffer some damages.
But the products itself are good enough to not irritate the skin.

I don't know what to do. I ordered and paid $43 for 2 large bottles of SkinSoSoft eight weeks ago from an Avon rep. She keeps telling me she'll ship it and it hasn't come yet. What should I do?

Disgusting service online from Avon. They took my money and never delivered my goods. When I phoned chasing the order, they advised they had never received the order even though I had an email confirmation and it was showing online under my orders! Thankfully they refunded it but not before me having to phone my bank and get the authorisation code to give to Avon! Bunch of con-artists! Would not use online again!

Ordered online 2 perfumes which one was actually for someone as a gift, I paid for them and was meant to be delivered within 5 days. Waited 2 weeks recurved nothing. Emailed customer service was told my order was part of a batch that got broken in the van? Ok fine waited another 2 weeks absolutely nothing but recieved an email asking if I enjoy my purchase. So I chased them about it again. It’s now a whole year later never recieved my package, absolutely disgusting it’s not even worth chasing anymore.

I love their lipstics, especially the red luxe one. It lasts long and doesn't make my lips dry.
One of my favourite perfumes is their "Little black dress", it's really good for the price. They have very good sales and very often.

Ordered online and opted for the delivery to be via a rep. Received an e mail to say the rep would be in touch to arrange delivery and payment. A month later and still heard nothing. Customer services informed me that it was up to me to contact the rep myself. Sorry, not chasing an order. Will not use them again!
