Avon needs to figure out how to make online ordering less cumbersome. Normal online guest checkout does not require or try to force you to create a password to generate an account. In addition their customer service people need better communication skills.

Please bring back Avon Natural Vanilla Body Spray. Just the plain ol' vanilla one. The new one is mixed with sandalwood and is completely different from the original. Very unhappy it was discontinued.

Worst customer experience ever!
Trying to charge me for a bill from 2021 which I don’t remember making, surprisingly they cannot find the invoice. Put through to multiple teams without the message being passed across and having to explain the situation all over again. Telling me it’s customer service that deal with it, when customer service have just put me through to them! Not happy and will never use again.

DO NOT ORDER THEIR WAX MELTS THEY DO NOT MELT I've a few burners and they normally melt every wax except AVON

Please don't make the same mistake I made. Avon is the worst company you can sell for. I made an order Monday and accidentally put the wrong address on it. They could not cancel the order or put the correct address on it. Two supervisors refused to talk to me.
Today I called because I am unable to log into the part of their website that pays me. They act stupid when called like they don't know what commission is. The website they give you is useless for advertising and the mentors they said will help you don't answer email or texts. When you go to social media they have their accounts set to "do not receive messages."

Avon is SO expensive now. My eyebrow/lash serum was 50 before which was steep I would sell avon and get it on sale times for 30 its now 90 dollars... measuring cups 55$?? what is going on with them. They have taken all the good products away and now only sell expensive brands and raised their prices for their old stuff. I had to stop selling not a single person would place a order.

I placed an order for a difficult to find item yesterday, only to see it elsewhere today for a fraction of the price. Avon refuses to cancel the order - despite the fact that it hasn't even processed yet and even the payment is still pending. And I will have to pay the return shipping. My financial institutions won't help either. They cannot decline the purchase even thought it is still pending: I will have to wait and then file a dispute. So not only is Avon happy to gouge me on price, they are happy to waste my time. MAJOR FAIL AVON!

I used to love Avon. I swore by their skin so soft but my last purchase of skin so soft now because of the product but the bottle that I came in I now have the 32 ounce skin so soft but the lid doesn’t come off so I had to permanently take it off, let’s just say I haven’t even touched it. It’s not worth the trouble and apparently cannot be fixed and cannot be replaced. I don’t know the exact date I bought it. I bought it probably a little over a year ago and haven’t ever used it. And I was told that the squirt top that they used to have was never really used ever. It was an argument with the lady I know they used to have the flip top. I even showed her the vintage picture .I’m done with Avon.

All these products are very good I like the Avon senses range & most are very good. Most of them are discontinued.
I’ve been Avon rep for over 2 years & I like the products foundation, porcelain ,light nude , eyeshadow sticks essential black , statement Berry & cool silver. Lisa Armstrong was good for lipstick fran lipliner Set & Emma lipliner.

I’ve never had any problems with the products the perfume I like the most is soft musk lily.
When I order my orders are completed & always arrive with everything.
I’m no longer a Avon rep , I never got into debt so I had a good experience with them.

Years ago my mum used to buy Avon naturals showergel lily & vanilla. I always used it & it used to be very good & I used it for years after the naturals collection.
When it changed to Avon senses I tried Apple & muguet it was just as good maybe even better so I tried the white lily bubble bath aswell also very good the Avon lily shower/ bath products are very good although most have discontinued now I had a good experience using them & it’s only Avon lily that I’ve found good. There are 3 altogether so must be. Avon’s other toiletres are good aswell most discontinued.
My favourite atm is the shower creams.

Avon is dishonest about reviews.

I wrote an honest review with pictures and they took it down. It was a very honest and fair assessment.

With severe increases in shipping prices and product prices combined with poor product packaging, I am better off finding better products elsewhere, esp at these prices.

Call customer service and you get an attitude and people who cannot solve simple issues.

I was an Avon customer for over 40 years. No more.

Another once great company is falling apart.

Avon has a new policy to lie to consumers about their products ingredients. Stay away from their products. If they lie about changing the formula, they may lie about the ingredients in their products. Retinal? Hyaluronic Acid? Avon changed their product formulation on their Anew Clinical Collagen Booster Eye Lift Pro Dual Eye System. I don't care that they changed their formula, but they continually lie about changing the formula in their reviews. I have proof it changed, since I had some old product left over.
The new formula has fragrance added. It is heavier, and irritating to the eye area. I have been using Avon for well over 30 years. Not anymore. They lost a customer for life due to the lies. They also hide any bad comments about their products on Twitter. They are a true snowflake company.

ITS A CON +DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A REP POSTS WITH A FREE COMPLIMENTARY GIFT OFFER .Its a massive con.They ask you to join as a rep and give u a suplimantry gift and make it sound fun and work at your own pace mode. 3weeks ago had a bereavement in the family and
When I looked at my emails I got a charge for the suplimanty gift of £6
And then a followed up email for saying it's £20 added further for late charge . To something I never asked for but was given as a gift

So ladies or gents pls I urge you don't fall for there scam of signing up as a rep and then flogged a 3 little minature bottles of nail polish which they later charge and add further charges.

Avon used to be such a good company when I was growing up and am sad to say its a rip off and a scam to make extra money for charging customers for gifts they say are free.

I cannot keep my list of ordered items as their website is so slow it times me out, when the new campaign is uploaded the website is immediately overwhelmed and the items that I ordered disappear and I have to start my order all over again. This is typical of an out of america company trying to sell to people who know what a good website should be. Once they went to the digital brochure I knew the end was in sight. As much as I would like to continue to order Avon, they have made it too difficult. And who uploads a new campaign on election day anyway, just another example of not thinking ahead.

I ordered a product off Avon ($70) and I ended up not being able to use it because it hurt my legs…I submitted for a return and it provided a packing list, and I still have time to return it. I ended up not being able print the packing list initially.. but when I went in again to print it, the item is now showing as ineligible for returning. thankfully I had screenshotted where it initially showed that I could print the packing list to return that very same item. This was my first experience ordering Avon….the other time I tried connecting with my local rep and she never responded. So, I will never order from Avon going forward. They use to be a great company a decade or so ago (I had a rep then who was amazing and I bought a lot off her), now, they are nonsense!
the date of experience is only when I discovered it shows the item is not returnable.

What is happening to our Avon? Where are the inexpensive products we loved so much? O my God! Not to mention the expensive shipping! What happened? I don't think I will be buying any time soon from Avon again it's absolutely ridiculous with the prices! I could even get them elsewhere for cheaper. I Am Missing the old Avon! What ever is going on y'all fix it. Y'all are losing customers!

I asked to change my order immediately after putting it in recognizing I forgot to add the code for the free gift - sorry they can't do that. Well, of course they can if they were customer service oriented. Sorry for my rep but won't be ordering from them again, there's just not enough that makes them stand out and unfortunately don't feel very valued as a customer.

What has happened to avon? I am missing their old products! I probably wont be buying much from them now! Their products are getting too expensive, and they are not selling what I used to buy! Disappointed with theiir New Avon it stinks now!!

I am an Avon Representative and have been for years. I am extremely disappointed in Avon!!!! How do they justify the prices? People are not going to buy
things at such high prices. Ridiculous! They must be trying to turn Avon into Sephora??? My regular customers no longer buy Avon, they can get better product for less. This price gouging is such and embarrassment to Avon Representatives. My customers are well paying customers and refuse to pay the prices Avon is asking for the product. Avon needs to change back to how they were before or they will be going out of business soon. Signed disappointed to say the least!
