Why do deals if you can't supply all items in it? Not just that but reps are still Invoiced for the whole deal how to you ask friends to pay for things Avon hadn't sent surly if you haven't got all the items in a deal you don't send any.... Very disappointed

One star is too much for Avon. I ordered products on 12th February which were apparently dispatched on 17th February. When I called Avon to find where the products were I was given an Hermes tracking number. On checking on the Hermes website it says order being sent back to the sender! On speaking to Avon. Ustomer service I was told this happens all the time with Hermes. So why do you, Avon, keep using g them???!!! Refund offered amd gladly accepted. Never again.

I am disillusioned witht the huge price increases for Avon products. I have sold Avon for over 25yrs and sold Avon to be able to receive a discount to purchase products. In recent years representatives had to pay for shipping and the earnings level decreased because the selling amounts increased.My customers are working class people that help build Avon and now find it unaffordable to buy products. Avon needs to go back to the little guy. If if they want to pay these outlandish prices they can go to Sephora ,etc.

I’m a rep and always paid for my orders through PayPal. My last order, Avon started with emails telling me I owed, so After a number of emails back to them stating specifics of my order and payment, they continued to tell me I owed them. I finally went to PayPal and got a receipt for my payment but Avon still sent me notices. After trying multiple times to call them, I decided one day I was going to stay on hold no matter what. Guess what—2 hours later I finally got ahold of a real person who told me yes, they show my payment and my balance is zero. So I recorded this in case they come at me again. Seriously, what in the world are they doing with their accounts?! This—along with their weird new pricepoints and discontinued good products caused me to take a giant step back and due to. It even trusting them with my payments any longer, I quit. Of course there’s no way to even tell them that as you can’t get ahold of a gone, but oh well, looks liked their reps are dropping like flies

I’ve ordered Avon for years. It seems like the same thing in every book. I ordered skin lighter for age spots. Nothing. Didn’t even begin to work. Prices are too high now. If you order clothes be prepared to pay a cleaners to iron them. Their good products are few and far apart. Oh well. I just order once in a while now.

I'm a Avon Representative and I just recently ordered a few products for myself was a little disappointed though I thought Avon Representatives would get a discount or free shipping but we don't we still have to pay for shipping which is $8 per order unless we order $60+ & the only way to receive your commissions is to link your bank info. Very disappointed in the packaging of the orders as well, everything was just thrown in the boxes instead of being neatly packaged especially since I spent a fortune on those items, most items were smaller than I expected & the jewelry is cheaply made. My first 2 orders came very quickly got them in 2 days after ordering them but unfortunately I'm still waiting for my other 2 orders which has already been 3 days so I can't write a review on those two yet. Avon prices are somewhat high plus a high shipping cost ( 1 item for $3 plus $8 shipping cost ) that's a little ridiculous so I say buying at least $60 worth of items for free shipping is kinda worth it unless you are getting the expensive items then you will only get maybe 1-3 items for $60. But Avon should definitely give their Reps free shipping since we are the ones advertising their products and selling their products & they should definitely give their Reps different options to receive their commissions.

I have been an Avon customer since the 1960's. Until recently, I have to say I thought Avon was a great company and I loved their products. The only complaint I've had since then (and still do) is their tendency to discontinue products. Granted, some items may be outdated. However, since many complaints are about Avon discontinuing, it would be good if Avon would find a way to make those products available. My current complaint is the "hemp-type, oriental, the vitamins, the cleaning supplies, & $280 skin creams". Whoever is responsible for making these decisions needs to be replaced. I suspect it starts at the top.

Avon is pricing stuff too high and not offering reasonable shipping deals, spend $60 to get free shipping? Why is a bottle of bath oil $30 bucks plus $8 ship fee?! $40 for lipstick and on and on....no thanks too greedy and not customer friendly changing tried and true formulas for cheaply made versions that are not as good. Their profit is our loss.

I am a representative and am so disappointed in working with them. First getting money from customers is a struggle as they make late payments and it happens I have to use my own money to pay them. Secondly I was charged £20 extra for late payments which is so unfair. £20 extra for owning them just £27. This is more than 80% of what I owe them. Am totally disappointed in them.

I love the products of Avon specially their bra and panties . Their products are fantastic and long lasting with an affordable price . I have been using their products since I was high school and it save from more expenses . This company cares about the quality and customers needs . Hoping more power to this company

Excellent core products. Skin care is becoming infiltrated with new stuff all of the time. Far too many new products that essentially do same thing. Most of all the costs are WAY TOO HIGH!! $ 60 dollars before free shipping kicks in?? and that is when I use a rep who does not deliver products and/or assist in way. Hate to say this...but this may force me to switch my skincare line of 20 years.

Avon used to be very affordable with great products. They are now ridiculously over priced! It's a shame because I would have bought a lot of Christmas gifts for family.

Avon has been a family staple since the early 80s. Suddenly, this year, they discontinued some of their best products, brought in a ton of overpriced items (Over $300 for skin cream? Huh, what?) A simple bottle of Skin-So-Soft oil IS NOW $30. That used to be half the total of my entire AVON order! A set of 3 mini lipsticks is $36! There aren't any really significant discounts to be had anymore other than free shipping. It's like they suddenly think they're a luxury brand and are charging stupidly high, arbitrary prices for the same inexpensive stuff they've been selling for years. No more AVON for us!

Avon has hit and miss products. My fave product from Avon is the antiperspirant gel while my least fave is their face mask product line.

No more Avon! I always enjoyed receiving my book and making selections. Most of the products I had used are gone and now it's just overpriced crap. Who would buy this stuff now.

I have been a loyal customer for more than 30 years and have had the same Avon lady for 20. I CANNOT BELIEVE what they are doing. They have discontinued so many items that I purchase religiously and replaced them with ridiculously high priced foo foo products such as that $1200, peacock. What idiot decided that alienating Avons loyal consumer base in exchange for gaining a few customers who have the means and desire to pay the ludicrous prices that have recently hit the pages of Avons catalog. Most especially during a pandemic, when folks have less disposable income then they would typically have otherwise. Not only have you alienated the loyal customer but are also putting your Avon "Ladies" in a terrible position with far less ability to sell their products and make any money themselves. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Was recommended a product that was only available online (having checked with my Avon rep)
Ordered a Sleep Light, Lavender and Chamomile Spray and a hairbrush.
When it arrived, the items were in a Jiffy envelope which offered no protection. The plastic cap on the spray was broken and some of the contents had leaked. The sleep light was in a box and seemed OK but when I put the batteries in it wouldn't switch off! Only the hairbrush was undamaged.
I immediately emailed Avon.
No reply.
Five days later I had an email asking how they did - so I told them.
No reply.
A week later they asked me to write a review, so I did.
No reply.
So I'm now reviewing on Trust Pilot for all to see - and I won't be buying anything else from this company. They obviously just don't care.

What is Wrong with the New company that bought out AVON?! Avon Charmed Eau de Perfume for $1,200!!! Night cream for $350!? Are you freaking kidding me. Avon used to be an amazing Company with great prices and customer service! Now it has gone to complete crap!

For a Rep, the ordering system has completely changed making it difficult to view the Catalogs and pricing since everything went Digital. Plus, the pricing is just insane running away Old Customers! Not to mention, Avon is typically older customers since Avon has been around so long. I am actually 35 years old but Love their Antiaging cream and was going to continue ordering it for years...Now with all the changes, I'll be searching for a new product for sure.

Such a huge disappointment this Hot Shot company came in making all these idiotic changes to a 134 year old Company!!!! Shame on you!!!! "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

I reccently have reccently found out that most of the products have been tested on animals.I am shocked about this.I have been shoppibg here for 10 years.Now i am not going shopping here anymore.My favorite Product PONDS cream is tested on animals which I did not know.
