Awkngtv is the best iptv service by far. Great customer service. Had the programming for 2 years now. Great channel selection. Great price.

Have been with them for 2 1/2 years. They were great the first two years. They are horrendous now. Emails are returned and support is not answering. DO NOT USE!!! SCAM ARTIST

I've been with Awkng for 2 years. It used to be great, but it's a terrible service now. Constant issues needing to be sorted by support, then given whole new logins after they attempted to tell me my account expired (2 months early!) meaning all sorting and epg that took ages is now gone and it's a mess. Nothing offered in terms of compensation or anything. Shame really as they used to provide a great service but I won't be renewing.

They refused to help me when I had no service even though I paid for a monthly subscription. I was told I could not get a refund, even though their website states a refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase.

I have been bought subscription for two years in September. Since that every two weeks I have problems, because it stop working.I have to contact tech.support team +1 (332) 254-1331 every two weeks. Last few days they even not bother to respond to me messages. I even have asked for refund, no respond at all. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO HAVE A BUSINESS WITH!!

I bought a 12 month Sub and it lasted 3 months, 2 two weeks without, finally got another month stopped again.now they will not answer no Cust service. I tried for sub last night, instant reply to sell me one, but no interest in fixing my yrly sub.
Con job, stay away from them, useless and terrible customer service.

I have had this for a year and I have never had an issue. I have needed to reach out for advice and got instant replies. Greta service and selection is great. I had SkyQ and this beats it hands down. Thank you

Great service, very fast

I’ve gone through multiple IPTV providers over the years but these guys are by far the best. Their customer service is awesome too, you can always get a hold of someone. No IPTV is perfect so you get the buffering sometimes but I message them and they get it figured out. Going on year 2 with them.

I waited till it was Football Sunday to give a real review. 5 Stars, saw and had access to all games, quality was clear, crisp, and no buffers. Definitely glad about the purchase

They wanted me to purchase a gift card to pay them. That's one of the things I tell my mother to look out for to identify a scammer. The checkout process works through a live chat where they direct you to purchase the gift card, so I mentioned that it seemed like a scam and they told me to find another service I'm comfortable with.

They claim to have a refund policy that allows a full refund with 7 days (30 for the longer period packages) but I don't see how they could honor that if they are doing gift cards. Even PayPal or your credit card company will be less likely to allow you to callback the funds if you purchased a gift card, since that would allow people to purchase gift cards, use them, then get their money back.

Pretty sure this is just a straight-up scam.

I am constantly with tech support changing the playlist because of buffering, no epg, no service at all. Over several weeks I have spent hours inputting their different choices of playlist

Found them on reddit. Loved the channel list. To set up service for the 1st time to make a payment you need to be sent a link to some 3rd party store. No way that sounds legit. Ive had other IPTV services before and they have never had me pay like that.

This is the best IPTV I have ever used. It is reliable, and you cannot beat the price. I love watching UK and CA TV in the States.
