⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Support & Broken Product

I paid $199 for their package and have had nothing but problems. I accidentally purchased the wrong package (Website Package), and when I contacted support for a refund, they refused and instead told me to purchase a Product Package. I followed their instructions and bought it — but now they are completely ignoring my refund request for the original purchase. It has been over a week with zero response.

On top of that, the Product Package I paid for is not even working properly. I purchased a 5-product submission package, but after submitting just one product, the platform takes me to a checkout page asking for more payment. I am not getting the service I paid for.

I have tried reaching out multiple times without receiving a reply. $199 gone, no refund, broken product, and zero customer support. Avoid this platform unless you want to waste your money.

Fatal, no favorecen los jóvenes talentos....los premios se concentran repetidamente en los mismos estudios o en proyectos respaldados por grandes presupuestos y el mensaje que dejan es desalentador para quien no tiene acceso a estos recursos.👎 Una plataforma con la influencia de Awwwards tendría que tener la responsabilidad de impulsar el futuro de la industria 👍.....
En primer lugar tendrían abrir categorías específicas para jóvenes creadores, apostar para las nuevas es imprescindible 👍
Al fin y al cabo la innovación real suele nacer precisamente en aquellos que todavía no están condicionados por las estructuras de la industria 👍
Si Awwwards quiere seguir siendo un referente del diseño web global debería mirar no solo a los líderes del presente, sino también a quien están construyendo el futuro 👍
Es frustrante ver como el talento joven queda afuera del foco de Awwwards 👎
Decepcionante que una plataforma que presume de celebrar la innovación deje tan poco espacio para el talento joven que esta intentando abrirse el camino 👎👎👎...

This website is real s**t.To long procedure and how they can judge user website if there own website is to slow.

How can they judge other people's websites if their website doesn't even pass Google's rating in PageSpeed Insights?

They keep selling courses they acknowledge are outdated, suddenly stopped answering to respectful emails, and didn't respect their refund policy.
I first contacted them to ask why some of the courses I could find directly weren't in the results when I tried to find them through their search bar. They answered they were old and they weren't selling them anymore. I told them I was both surprised and disappointed because they actually were still being sold and I had just bought two of them! They stopped answering... I asked for a refund as per their refund policy. They didn't answer... It's been more than 3 weeks I politely asked and asked again.
This is both disrespectful and illegal.
Therefore this review as a warning for anyone considering spending some money on their content or services...

This message i got from awwwards.com:

"What the hell is this. Like other swedes, the website look like s**t out of an ass. Look at awwwards.com that is design today. You swedes are abnormal. keep your s**t!

And what the hell is this crapy chat? Are you trying to be wow? Fuc*ing craphead!"

I'm genuinely trying to understand how they can miss the mark by so much, especially for the price that is paid.

I submitted my first site on April 11. It was approved on the 19th. Ok, a little frustrating when there are maybe 5-10 sites a day to approve.

Then it goes into voting. 7 days. To quote their site: "Once it is published, it will be evaluated over 7 days by our international Jury and Awwwards’ users."

Ok, so after 7 days you find out if you got an Award or not - so that would be the 26th April. No. 9 days later (today, May 5th) the Jury votes are finally in.

It's certainly not a service I'd expect to pay over 70€ for, and I highly doubt it'd use it again.
