Axis Logistics LLC did a fantastic job!

I contracted with Axis Auto Logistics for a shipment from California to Florida. They gave me a price of $958.00 with a 3-day window to pick up the car. At the last minute a gentleman from Axis called to let me know the price and agreed upon date were no longer available. Acting like he was doing me a favor, he offered a new rate of $1500.00 and a longer wait time to pick up. I cancelled. I would rather drive the car out myself than deal with this company.

I will never use or recommend Axis Auto Logistics called 2 weeks in advance too ship my car to Florida from New York, they gave me a 3 day window for car to be picked up, I called on Monday ,Tuesday and Wednesday spoke to Parker on all 3 days and was assured my car would be picked up no later than Wednesday, it is Wednesday at 10;30 PM and still no pick up.

Placed an order for a truck pick up from Ohio to Illinois. Order date was for a Tuesday, was told they need 1-3 days for the pickup. That would have been Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday at the latest (Thursday was Thanksgiving). Called them the Monday after the weekend to be told they were still looking for a carrier to go pick up the truck and had no clue when or if they would find one.

REeeived a quote and scheduled pick up. I asked if the rate was firm. Informed it was Three days later, I was called by Axis and informed that the rate would be about 50% more. Classic bait and switch. No ethics, no morals, no money of mine. Awful, awful, awful.

Axis Auto Logistics exceeded all my expectations in delivering my vehicle smoothly and safely, without any damage. Night Shadow LLC was the carrier, and Alex was the driver. He was punctual, communicative, and incredibly professional throughout the process. I was shipping my car from NJ to TX. Due to the narrow roads in NJ, the 18-wheeler couldn’t reach my exact location, so Alex asked me to meet him at a nearby spot. Thoughtfully, he even booked me an Uber for my ride back home. His kindness, respect, and genuine attitude stood out. The team at Axis Auto Logistics was also highly attentive to every detail and ensured that all my expectations were met. Overall, it was a seamless and very satisfying experience. I would absolutely choose them again if I ever need to ship my car in the future.

I received several quotes from different transporters. Axis auto wasn’t the lowest price but after they contacted me they volunteered to do a price match. I had never used a transport company previously so I was reluctant to proceed. They had excellent communication so I was confident to hire them. The vehicle was picked up within a few hours in New York and delivered to my residence in Virginia by the next morning. Axis Auto followed up after delivery and I would use them again.

The car transportation service was timely and affordable. I had been bounced around between carriers and contractors for days to move my car to El Paso. After about a week, these guys were the only ones who didn’t quote me and Jack up the rates or drop the contract. Pick up happened the next day and drop off was the day after that. Fantastic communication and execution.
