Very flexible, data driven and great in depth explanations for health parameters

I signed up to this company as they stated their product would be compatible with Apple Health. After I signed up it appeared it wasn’t. Complete scam!

I choose to use that service because I was looking for something similar to the blueprint service that’s offered in the US by Brian Johnson and I’m located in Ireland. I was easy to get on boarded and I had a fair amount of choice as to where to book the test with their local partners which are all reputable labs. I had a few questions around the process and customer service was very attentive and efficient. I received my results within the promised timeframe and I was impressed with their thoroughness. I think that if you’re looking to optimise your health outcomes this is much better than the current products that exist on the Irish market. I had tried Randox lab products for athletes as well as Vidacare and they aren’t as complete or holistic nor did they give you an interpretation of your results and data without insights is useless. I’ve been very happy with my experience even though I was sceptical at that price point and I can highly recommend it especially if you’re an athletes looking To optimise for recovery and performance.

Estoy encantada con todo el servicio en general. La atención al cliente es estupenda. Me han respondido a muchísimas dudas por correo, a cualquier hora del día, antes, durante y después del proceso. Siempre muy pendientes de ti, de cómo fue el análisis, de si has entendido los resultados o si te ha quedado alguna duda… Es, sin duda, una de las cosas que más destaco.

Por otro lado, los resultados. No os hacéis una idea de toda la información que me han dado y de lo mucho que me ha ayudado. Está todo perfectamente organizado para que puedas entenderlo de forma clara. El plan de acción es muy sencillo de seguir y se aseguran de que comprendas cada marcador, qué significa, a qué afecta y cómo mejorarlo. De verdad, es muchísima más información de la que podrías obtener en cualquier otro sitio.

Además, en el laboratorio me dijeron que los resultados tardaron un mes. Sin embargo a los 15 días ya los tenia en mi buzon.

Sé que, de primeras, es una inversión que te piensas dos veces, porque a nadie le sobra el dinero. Pero de verdad, si tenéis la posibilidad, aunque sea mínima, y os interesa tener una fotografía clara de cómo está vuestra salud ahora mismo, os lo recomiendo totalmente.

I'm updating my review after Axo Longevity took clear steps to make things right.

I originally booked biomarker testing and ran into a series of problems: confusing scheduling, two biomarkers that couldn't be completed due to insufficient sample material, and impossible values on my report (both leukocyte and erythrocyte counts listed as 0.00). Also communication went silent for about two weeks after a couple of staff changes, despite my following up.

What changed my mind was the response once it was escalated. Axo apologized clearly, processed a partial refund, and committed to a concrete plan: a free re-test of the incomplete markers, two additional biomarkers of my choice, and a free at-home blood draw. Crucially, they followed through. An at-home phlebotomist appointment was actually scheduled, a new testing kit was arranged, and they acknowledged the impossible 0.00 values as errors their team is investigating rather than brushing them off. I was also given a realistic timeline for results and a direct line of contact.

Once the right people were involved, they were responsive, accountable, and genuinely tried to fix things. For a company handling health data, that recovery matters, and I'm now cautiously optimistic.

Getting onboarded was super seamless and I now fully understand all my biomarkers through the app. I should have know that this exists much earlier!

Love these guys. Such a specific and personal service. I have been really curious about and really trying to get like these blood testing things for such a long time. My doctor doesn’t do it and these guys have an amazing. I know the company and they were really nice to give me a chance to be one of the early customers. The experience was insane. It was so good. I showed the data to my family and wow, super super super good and I know that people who run the company I mean these are really good people so a lot of trust.

I considered myself generally healthy, but I couldn't prove it. After losing my father I become more aware of my own mortality. I wanted to avoid what my dad had, or any other chronic diseases, for the sake of my family, but I felt frustrated by not having the tools to know if I was succeeding of not. All I had were anecdotes about 'step counts', 'trying' to eat healthy and 'cutting back' on alcohol. In reality my body was a mystery.

I took the Axo Longevity test in London. The woman who took my blood samples was genuinely impressed by the number of biomarkers they were gonna test. She even confessed to being jealous.

When I got my results, I genuinely had a ‘penny-drop moment’. As I read through my data I could see the evidence of how my body was coping, where I was deficient and what I needed to do to redress the balance. Axo gave me insights and advice I could never have dreamed of before, and I'm now acting upon with lifestyle changes and supplements.

In fact, I'm looking forward to retesting in 6 months to check on my improvements.

In summary, if you're serious about understanding what's really going on in your body, owning your own health and catching the things that can lead to chronic disease before they catch you, then this product does the job.

It was a very easy and painless experience having my blood drawn, and I'm very impressed with the quality of the explanation of my results! I've got a simple plan to follow to help improve my results and I'm looking forward to doing my second test. Would definitely recommend.

I had been looking for a place where I could test a really comprehensive set of biomarkers, and Axo Longevity was one of the few providers I found that actually offers this. Compared to many options in the German market, the price is also very fair for the number of biomarkers included.

What I also liked is that you don’t have to send samples by post. You simply go to a laboratory, do the blood test there, and after a short time everything appears in your dashboard, which makes the process feel much easier and more reliable.

The team was very kind and responsive when organizing my lab appointment. In my case I had to reschedule, and they helped me arrange a new date quickly without any stress.

Even though they are still quite new in the German market, everything went smoothly and the whole process felt simple and well organized. Overall I had a really good experience.

The process of getting the results is really easy. When you have questions the people are helpfull and really nice. The results are so valuable and interesting.
