Bruh got me so strong I pick up women everywhere , it’s insane. I just walk up and lift them above my head and nobody can stop me cus I’m simply too powerful now.
1-1 coaching with Aaron was one of the best decisions ive made in changing my life. His approach to fitness and his coaching style were a perfect fit for me, especially with his easy to follow instructions on diet and workouts! id often struggle to go to the gym in the first place but after a couple weeks of training it was like i didnt want to leave. one of the biggest changes i noticed in myself during my time with Aaron was the change in my attitude to towards myself and my lifestyle, in the manner that i actually wanted to start changing and bettering myself. i would 100% recommend Aaron to anyone who wants to change for the better regardless of what youre goals maybe.
I was struggling to get my mojo back after covid, getting that routine back of eating well and getting in the gym, I needed someone to give me that push but at the same time space to get my mind back in the game, Aaron gave me that, he helped create a programme that would fit in with my lifestyle and allowed me to find that enjoyment in working out again, I highly recommend him to anyone who is going through the same mental block I was, fast forward almost a year and I’m back in a real good relationship with the gym and seeing the gains
After spending years trying, and failing, to create a proper routine that works for me long term, I’ve finally gotten to where I need to Be!
All thanks to Aaron, who’s been great all the way through our 6 weeks.
He did an amazing job to help me build something that works for me and achieves results fast, give me the push I needed to stick with it and helped me adapt it where necessary to accommodate personal needs along the way (like back issues)

I’ve trained with Aaron in the past. Once a few years ago and again over the last year at the time of writing this review and every time has been an extremely rewarding experience. We took a break over the summer but got right back on it during the last six weeks. At the beginning of the six weeks I weighed in at around 106kg and ended the programme at 95kg along with some noticeable muscle definition. He really helped put me back into a positive place both physically and mentally. It’s the best I’ve felt in my body for a long time and I encourage anyone thinking about getting a personal trainer to get in touch with Aaron. He’ll get a sense for your situation and work around it. Very happy indeed! Keep doing what you do Ay! 💪🏻
Aaron has been an unreal coach! Helped me with my diet plan loads and coached me through the correct calorie splits. Set up great, fun workouts that kept me pushing my limits. Wouldn’t have been able to do it without his advice and motivation!
I was struggling with losing weight and balancing my diet. With the help of my coach (aylifts), i understand better about my eating habits and balance it with exercise.
I was struggling with motivation to workout and I put on a lot of weight over a few years. Since I started training with Aaron he’s been able to keep me motivated and has me working out 5 days a week, even on days when we don’t train together. He set me up with a routine that works, taught me about the right food to eat and kept me consistent. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, my T-shirts are filling out in the right places now and I get compliments from people on my physique. I never thought I’d be able to do pull ups, but Aaron taught me how to develop strength in the right areas, now I can do wide grip pull ups and I can bench press more than I’ve ever benched in my life. Sessions with Aaron are light hearted and fun, we have a laugh together which helps a lot, but he doesn’t take it easy on me, he makes sure I do what I need to in order to achieve my goals.
Excellent advice allowed me to lose a significant amount of weight, losing 5kg in 1 month (128kg to 122.5kg). Aaron was great in identifying my weak spots and helping to develop on my strengths whilst also conducting a comprehensive weight loss plan to utilise in the gym. Very happy with the results.
