The plugin works super well, for doubt really fast support, 5 star product eland support

Very well-made plugin! Of all the quiz plugins I've tried, this one trumps them all. It's stable and quite easy to pick up (although a bit finicky to get used to at first). Great customer support too! 5 stars easily!

I purchased a quiz plugin from this company and in several cases needed to contact support for help. The support staff were very helpful and polite, answering my questions systematically and patiently until I finished setting the plugin up. Recommended.

Recomendo! Muito rápido na resposta e suporte.

I’ve tried several poll plugins, and this is by far the best one available. The features are robust, the interface is user-friendly, and it offers great customization options.

What truly sets this plugin apart is the support team. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about resolving issues. I encountered a minor bug with the duplication feature, and they not only identified the issue quickly but also provided a fix in no time.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to add professional and reliable polls to their WordPress site. Five stars well-deserved!

I was in need of help and the team was very helpful. Fast, precise ! Well done

Great persons that are taking care of customers

Als langjähriger Kunde bin ich noch immer begeistert von dieser Software.
Erfreulich ist, dass mir bei der Ergänzung der Programme mit fehlenden Tools preislich sehr entgegen gekommen ist!

First of all I was happy with this plugin, but after publishing my survey and getting 1100+ entries, I discovered that the lay-out of the multi-answer box in the horizontal bar chart is becoming a total chaos when you have more than 8 answers. Because the height stays the same, all entries are crunched which makes the results unreadable. Ays-Pro explanation is that his can't be edited by CSS code because it's generated by an Google Chart API. Despite the good support, for me this was the reason to ask for a refund and switch to another survey plugin.

Respons to Ays-Pro:
As I wrote in my updated review, the reason why I changed my review and downgraded it into a 2-star, is that the bar-chart becomes unreadable when there are more than 8 entries. I think this is an important problem for other users as well. I appreciated your support via email, but I have been fighting with this plugin for days as it seemed to be unable to change the CSS codes or another issue, hide certain ‘Other…’ answers. You’re welcome for me giving you that idea.
These CSS frustrations wouldn’t have been necessary if you would build the results in a display which can be changed by CSS, and not be generated in a svg image by Google Chart API. Your suggestion to hire a CSS developer is absurd, as I know what I’m doing and no coding worked. Although, not being able to use CSS coding would have been acceptable for me, but the fact that the bar-chart shows to be unreadable as it’s completely crunched – which shows in my case important outcome data – is unacceptable for me.
So, all my support tickets wouldn’t have been necessary if your technical setup would be better. As good as your plugin works in the admin, I hope this feedback will motivate you to make your plugin better on the front-end.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten ist es mir gelungen mit Hilfe des Supports mein Quiz so zu gestalten wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Herzlichen Dank.

Excellent service and support. Great plugins!

I really struggled to set up the AI Bot. I emailed the support and they got back to me quite quickly and was very helpful with a youtube tutorial.

Best support available here.

The popups are excellent, and the customer service is very helpful and extremly quick.

I am a satisfied user of the Developer package of Quiz Maker. Would recommend to anyone!

Quiz Maker plugin offers a lot of customization features for your quizzes. As far as I know, it’s the only quiz creation plugin which allows to use image questions with image answers as well.

It comes with a lot quiz style customization possibilities and options for the quiz functionality itself. You can check out all of the features and tweaks with their Free version if you are still unsure!

Support is responsive and always does their best to suit my needs and help with issues I have. Even before I decided to purchase Quiz Maker Developer package, they replied to all of my questions about the functionality of the Quiz Maker in a timely manner

Because of their great support I’m leaving 5 stars, but I would love to see in the future some improvements over the scaling of the quiz when creating quizzes with question and answer based images as I have to manually input the sizes of the images and the quiz frame. While it gives me great control over how it looks on my device, people use mobile devices, tablets and computers, which have different screen sizes and the quiz looks quite different and even sometimes the answers get out of the frame.

Happy with the plugin and support!

When I just went through the questions and answers , I found that a question is wrong , the question is - which gas is used to extinguish fire and the answer given in this website is nitrogen , which is completely wrong. To bring to your knowledge, carbon dioxide is the correct answer and nitrogen is totally wrong.please do correct it
