This company practices bait and switch and false advertisement. When purchasing this plugin our decision was based on the advertised fact that it was a "one time purchase". However, sadly, we discovered that plugin stops working after 12 months without updates, and its true yearly subscription cost is not worth what it has to offer. There are many alternatives out there, please, think twice before relying on this plugin for your quizzes.

Everything is good, and if you have any question, the support team is very active.

Interactions with their customer service end of things were great. I made an error when ordering, had a credit card issue as well, and their responses were immediate, kind, helpful and appreciated.

Absolutely loved their plugin and their professionalism and generosity...i am using their plugin called Chartify...and it has pretty easy to build chart styles. While other plugins have the same common charts available, it has among other things,the organization chart builder as a distinct form of chart. I searched for some organisation type chart builders in the whole wordpress plugin repo but was totally disappointed with the lack of a desirable feature until i happened to find this plugin (chartify). I am so excited talking about this plugin that i totally recommend it to everyone in need of a chart building plugin with ease of use and beauty of style feature.

You can create several kind of tests/quizzes/surveys and you can customize them as you wish, there are options to control the points of the questions, how much questions you want to show for each category, etc it is a very complete plugin!

The customer support was very helpful a efectively addressed all issues I have encountered.

They are confident in their excellent customer support but avoid replying to your questions when you ask one and direct you for a refund.

Also the tool is not fully customizable. You can only set up your quiz according to what they have available and it's not enough.

You sharing our conversation without my consent actually goes against GDPR, hope you know that.

Secondly, I've been trying to explain the problem I'm having with screenshots, but your agents don't seem to understand. I clearly cannot screenshot everything, I do not have time for that. And a company who prides in their customer satisfaction doesn't even provide video-chat support to solve my problem quickly! Except, I'm asked to give more details which require me to go through the steps/details of the survey I'm trying to set up from the beginning each time.

Great customer service! Whenever we need a feature, the team is quick to respond and work on it. It's helped our site tremendously with surveys and quizzes.
