I can see you ordered from the US, I am sorry that your parcel came late but we dispatch the item same day at our end but go with usps guide lines which is around 7 days. As you can see from the tracking the parcel left the UK and was taking long at US custom clearance. time verys with US custom recently especially in these economical difficult times on going. It is unfortunately out of our hands if an item takes a bit longer to clear customs.

Best in the game
I’ve ordered off Ayzed clothing multiple times, and every time they have delivered perfectly without fail. I ordered few mins before the cut off time for next day, and I still received my order first thing the next morning. Also, the prices are unbeatable compared to other high street retailers so it’s a win-win for everyone. Will definitely be telling friends and family where to go for some good drip.

Really appreciate your feedback and glad you was satisfied with the shirt and price.
I can see you ordered from USA, unfortunately shipping time frame outside the UK is out of our hands as with ‘USA customs’ its a hit and miss as sometimes they are quick and sometimes they take a while to process, on our end we send out goods straight away.
If you take a look at your tracking you can see the goods left the UK straight away and then when reached USA it was held at customs for a while.
I hope this clears up why your parcel toke a little bit longer then usual to reach you and once again thank you for the order.

Fantastic advice and customer service…
Fantastic advice and customer service received before I even purchased. Asked some questions regarding the type of the Balmain monogram T-shirt was and the online chat agent gave me accurate and precise information and a detailed description of how the item was likely to fit (based on my build) and the material. This gave me the reassurance and confidence to make the purchase. Upon receiving it I did grow kinda sceptical regarding its authenticity, so I contacted Balmain in London directly, who gave me their store WhatsApp number, where I sent them pictures on the clothing tags and labels at. They confirmed to me that it was in fact a genuine article and that I had nothing to worry about. This put a big smile on my face. With that, I would recommend Ayzed Clothing and would definitely buy from them again in the future.
