I recently applied for a remortgage before these rates went up and I have to say the surface was prompt and excellent Maxwell explained everything to me in detail and keep me posted throughout the whole process and allow me to have my remortgage in place before my current deal runs out in about four months time. I managed to get a good rate for a good length of time and I will highly recommend using these guys
