Fair to flag, and worth explaining: the fee covers more than just forwarding your documents to the government application review, correcting avoidable errors before submission, and support if something goes sideways along the way. That’s what separates it from applying directly, which is cheaper but leaves you on your own if anything goes wrong. Appreciate you saying so either way.

I am disappointed that my friend, Avisek Swain, has still not received his Azerbaijan e-Visa, despite applying on the same day and at approximately the same time as the rest of our group. All other applications have been approved, but his application remains unresolved. We have received no clear update or explanation. Please investigate this delay and resolve the issue urgently, as we are travelling together.

Thank you for flagging this with the order number #64866 is enough for us to check on Avisek’s application directly (for his own safety, it’s worth editing the passport number out of this review). Looking at the timeline: this was submitted on October 9th under standard processing (3-5 working days), and as of today it’s on the 3rd working day since then so it’s still within the standard window, not actually overdue yet, even though we understand it’s unsettling to see the rest of your group already approved while his is still pending. Processing times can vary case by case even for same-day applications, since each one goes through the Azerbaijan Government’s own review individually. We’ll keep checking on the status and follow up as soon as there’s a decision. We’d also recommend holding off on finalizing travel plans until it comes through, if that’s not already locked in.

i was Saturday 3 October on the airport from schiphol
My friend arranged all the fly tickets, he was forgotten that we need visa. So we missed our flight and we must ask your organization to send us the visa. That is now the problem. We were with 4 friends and we take all your organization. My three friends had to pay $71,00 and I must pay $189,00. I do not know why?
Maybe you can look in your adminstration. The names from my friends Meeberg,Hoogendijk and Elshout. My name de Bijl. Maybe you can send me some restitution. If you do so please send me a e-mail. I think it would be fear if you give me some of the money back. I hope you understand me and I hope on a good solution.

To clarify: $71 isn’t a pricing tier we offer our service runs at $79, $149, or $189 depending on processing speed.
We can see your application on our end, and the $189 reflects our fastest tier, which is what got your visa issued and sent to you in time despite the situation at the airport.
It’s possible your three friends applied through a different website rather than ours, which would explain the price difference you’re describing.
