The movers worked very proficiently and were very friendly. There was a little miscommunication about what was going or staying but Alex got to work on it immediately and got it all sorted out. Very thankful for Alex and his team.

Vladimir and his crew were very wonderful. They were courteous and careful with our items! They put everything exactly where I asked without hesitation. I would highly recommend Azimuth to my friends and family

Its been a month and today they sent the delivery and what surprising was that it was a wrong delivery. They got someone’s else stuff to deliver it to me and that too after so many followups . This has been so stressful and frustrating the whole time dealing with them and the guys who same just told me that they picked what their boss said and there is nothing where they are tracking which stuff belongs to whom. It has been a mental torture for me. I m surprised why safeship has this vendor partner and who is taking the accountability for all these mess.

My experience with Azimuth Group has been nothing short of amazing. I worked with a travel agent from another entity that shopped me around and set me up with Azimuth group as my actual movers to move all of belongings from Florida to Virginia quickly. Unfortunately, I was over promised by the travel agent as far as delivery date (completely separate entity from Azimuth group, and the mistake had NOTHING to do with Azimuth group AT ALL).

With that being said, once the situation had been relayed to Azimuth Group, they took it upon themselves (although it was not their fault I was promised a much earlier delivery day by the travel agent) to work tirelessly for me each and every day to get my belongings delivered as quickly as possible and well before the allotted deadline they had. Throughout the entire process, their customer service team and movers, stayed in great communication with each and every day. They answered my calls, treated me with respect, gave me after hours updates to give me peace of mind, and even worked around my schedule for delivery time and date once they were able to confirm one for me (again, much sooner than they were technically required to.)

Adrian with Customer service was professional, respectful, empathetic, communicative, and effective in his endeavors to help me in the tough situation that arose from a separate entity that was not Azimuth’s responsibility even. I’d also like to compliment Alex, one of the movers who assisted in the initial pickup of my belongings. Not only did he and his partner do a great job loading our belongings with care and professionalism, but Alex put on his customer service hat as well and stayed in contact with me for timing and delivery date updates every single day as he had more boots on the ground info being in communication with the rest of the movers on the team, and loads scheduled to fill a truck quickly for us to get up to VA.

Azimuth Group went above and beyond not just in their moving services, but in their fantastic and authentic customer service as they took on and tackled a problem, handed to them by someone else that was genuinely not their responsibility, efficiently and effectively as if it were their own and did everything in their power to meet my needs a customer.

Good customer service these days anywhere is seemingly more and more rare. The EXCELLENT customer service Azimuth group displayed throughout this process is even more rare. I would recommend Azimuth Group to anyone looking to move. My recommendation: book with them directly. They will serve you and your needs to the best of their ability… that I am sure of.

The first team from APT arrived at our Denver location which we were leaving from. They worked very quickly in wrapping the furniture in padding and tape, boxed items that were needed, and finished loading their 26 foot truck in a little over two hours.

3 days later the 18 wheeler arrive at out destination in Fort Worth , Texas. Anthony single handedly unloaded the items into our storage unit. All items that had been wrapped remained wrapped and protected, we unwrapped them. Anthony secured them in the storage unit and did a wonderful job.

AZIMUTH associates kept in communication was us and we're wonderful to work with. We were completely satisfied and have no reservations about have the move us again.

The guys were great. Very efficient and respectful. I considered they arrived on time because they had road delays that they had no control over. They completed the job quickly. I would recommend them for future moves.

They called when about an hour out, got in and out within the time window. They were careful with all of our stuff and wrapped everything not in a box with moving blankets, including couches. Boxes that were not 100% secured well they taped extra. Incredibly polite and non-invasive.

Sultan and his crew did a phenomenal job with out pickup. And said they could deliver a day early for my drop off. The crew was professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend. A huge plus......my quote didn't change from the original, almost unheard of in this business. Very pleased with Sultan and his team.

Quick, efficient and capable moving service at a solid price. Highly recommend.

Move was So much nice! Smooth process!

I liked that there is a move coordinator with the drivers. It seemed to add to the efficiency of the job. The driver/movers did a great job handling all the items. They came on time and delivered on time.

I’m still waiting for my delivery, but I’m already impressed with things so far. Bohdan’s crew handled my items with care and went above and beyond to make sure my breakable items were properly secured and packed. They were friendly, communicative, and worked quickly. Thank you Bohdan’s crew for your help today! 5 stars for you

Worst movers in the world! Every box or item of furniture arrived in a broken, scratched, dented, or demolished state! Many itmes did not arrive at all and we are still trying to locate them -- with no help from Azimuth. The company will not respond or even send a claim form! Do not use this company! They lie about everything -- promising the moon and delivering junk. They said they would deliver within days and it took a month -- picking up in November and delivering some items in January.
