Great product. Like the subscription option. Wish you can actually smell the scent though. It’s very very light and it’s not as strong as it’s advertised. I have 4 of them downstairs and I do not smell anything. My house doesn’t smell like dog, but the only time I get a slight whiff of the pleasant scent is when I’m sitting right next to the dispenser. Quite pricey for what you get

I’ve been happy with the products and I have a subscription with them. At one point, I forgot to postpone my subscription order, and I ended up emailing them since it hadn’t shipped yet. They replied within a couple hours and easily postponed my order. I do not get a ton of emails which I appreciate and I love their products!

I don't remember receiving an email about the upcoming shipment. It is too late now to change the ship date. i have too much product at this time.

When there was an issue it resolved easily and efficiently

Very little scent after two days, particularly the one for the car. Very dissapointed.

Very hard to understand how to navigate the website. Changes to the account are not always saved. And orders are not always saved and sent as expected.

I’m have lots of company, weekly actually. Very often people comment about how fresh my house is. I have a dog. So I’m very pleased when I hear that.

Love the smells, but they do not last as long as stated. I am trying a different scent to see if that works. I tried the car ones too and to me, they only have a smell for a day and then it’s gone.

The glass jars are sleek and low key blend in. The product works to keep my home smelling fresh and not heavily fragranced. I have two dogs so I want my home smelling fresh but for their sake, I don't want heavy scents since they live by their nose.

The website is easy to navigate. Shipping is quick. The products themselves are wonderful. To not have to worry about them for 90 days is great! The smell is lovely.😊

Love that I can bump my subscription out with no pressure if I don’t need refills yet. This is not an air “freshener” in the sense that it doesn’t put smells into the air, but it definitely takes the “dog” smell out of areas! Great product!

Love azuna products! They come automatically when it’s time to refill. It makes my 100 year old home not have that funky smell and I love the smell of tea tree oil.
