Works great to remove odors without damaging the air you breath
If you have a room with an odd smell you can't get rid of this product will take care of it. I don't love the smell (although many people do) but I love how well it works!

Vacation home stays fresh!
I have a vacation home that is closed for weeks at a time at different periods of the year. Despite my dog and my kids' dogs having visited, it always smells fresh when I open the door. Azuna has made the dog smell vanish and stay gone!

Website is easy to navigate
It was very easy to manage my subscriptions and arrange for products to be delivered now. I have had great success with the car scent cans as I have a dog. I also use scents in both of my homes and have been very happy with the results.

Light scent, pet friendly, natural and works like a champ in our home of 15 pets! Cats and dogs can be pretty odiferous but this does a solid job on a 9/3 split ;)

The fragrance isnt very strong
The fragrance isnt very strong. I have tried several different scents but they all just smell of tea tree oil. This is fine but I would like to smell for of the scent the was offered

Tea tree is at the heart of our formula, so you may notice it across the different scents. Very disappointed with my experience
Very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on July 14, and it was returned because my address was incomplete. After I updated the address, I expected the issue to be resolved. Instead, my package was shipped to Cheektowaga, Ny instead of my address.
I contacted customer service for help but never received a response. The lack of communication has been just as frustrating as the shipping errors.
I’ve had incomplete address issues with other companies before, and they reached out to verify my information before shipping, preventing any delays or mistakes. I expected a similar level of customer service but was disappointed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Azuna.

We’re glad we were able to get your order to you and are sorry for the initial trouble with the incomplete address.
A very good product
A very good product. I use it in the basement for a musty smell, in the house for general pet smell and in the car. It’s not like an air freshener that covers the smell but it does remove the smell.

Good product but needs work on price and longevity
I do really like the product. All the scents I've tried so far (4) have smelled clean and very good. I like the glass jars a lot too, easy to fill and look nice. The room spray I think is my favorite though because it freshens faster.. What I think needs work is the price. It's too expensive and didn't last as long as I'd hoped. Refills about broke the bank...I needed more than 24 oz as I have 4 and a 2400 sq ft house. Big open rooms in my house need two of those containers to keep the smell of dogs down. So while I really like this product, I likely cannot afford it long term. I do think it works great in bathrooms. Ordering is easy and I could adjust my subscription as well. Overall B+.

I absolutely love this product.
I found Azuna after my boyfriend moved in with me with new smells.
Having a sensitive nose, Azuna was a must. It works amazing. All odors are absorbed and all you smell is fresh air. The tea tree has a fresh breeze scent. Tea tree is also anti microbial so helps when sickness arrives. Keeps the air fresh.
