I ordered a ring for my coming fiancé

I ordered a ring for my fiancé, and which never showed up due to a unforeseen mistake on my end. The shop then proceeded to help me in every way possible. Thank you very much for the help. And I’m sorry for the trouble I caused

We understand your frustration, but it is important to clarify the timeline of events for the sake of transparency.

As we have discussed via email just two days ago, your order was shipped promptly and arrived in Denmark on November 12th. According to the tracking information from PostNord, they attempted to contact you on November 12, 16, and 22 regarding unpaid customs/import fees. Because these fees were not paid, the carrier was required to return the package back to sender —which is why you see it "delivered to an address in the US".

As a small business, we do our best to ensure smooth international shipping, but we cannot control local customs regulations or the notifications sent by your local post office.

We have confirmed via email earlier that we will process your refund as soon as the returned package is processed at our facility, per our standard sipping and return policy. We appreciate your patience as we complete these steps.

Ghosted

I ordered the Classic Clover Necklace, and the Classic Clover Bracelet. $82.50 and I did not received my items. The company replied to my first message but has since ghosted me. Not a great experience and I am out $82.50.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam, never received my order, they lie and say it is on the way then the next day there is a “problem with the order” They should be ashamed of themselves, do not order unless you want to waste your money!!

First impressions…

On entering the jewellery shop for the first time i couldn't help but feel that I had come to the right place,the reconstruction of my damaged gold ring was amazing, this prompted me to have my gold signet ring resized and polished . Totally satisfied

I ordered earrings through Azura via their website

I ordered earrings through Azura via a Facebook ad. When they arrived, they were completely the wrong size, looked nothing like the photos, and were very dull. I paid over $50 AUD for something that looks like it’s worth $2. I’ve contacted Azura three times by email over two weeks and received no response. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this store – misleading advertising, poor quality, and no after-sales support order #6073

Helpful Customer Service

I had an issue with the shipping (my mistake) and emailed their contact mailbox to request assistance. They took the time to reply and assist as needed. The order arrived quickly and in immaculate condition.

Beautiful jewelry! Got a moss agate stone with white topaz in gold. Have worn it daily for a month, and it's still holding up! Absolutely worth the price
