The ordering and pickup process was smooth as always! I gave the new bamboo diapers a try and I can't say I'm loving them. I don't normally have a thing with textures, but can't stand the feel of the diaper, especially once it's wet. And there is no stretch to it, which makes it a bit harder to get on my baby. Obviously not a deal breaker, but felt like such a relief putting her back into Huggies because the feel of them was so much better.

Driver was on time. Unloading went very fast. No problems that I was aware of.

All of the products were great!
The delivery method was a bit tedious as different types of items I ordered were packed throughout different parts of the truck, making the unpacking and handing out a bit chaotic. But overall I had a good experience.

Generally, Azure is awesome. This however is the 2nd time I have received the same sub-par product, Azure Organic Refined Coconut Oil, 32 oz. We have ordered both their refined and unrefined coconut oil for years without problem. It seems to only be the 32 oz jar of refined that is the issue. Not only is the color off, but the aroma and taste are both very smoky - like the batch has been burned. I reported it the first time and assumed the problem would be addressed and would not reoccur, however, it did reoccur. It is a different lot number. Customer service followed their script, but were not very helpful. They offered a different product vendor instead of addressing the problem, assuming that it was just my taste preference that was different than other people's. I cannot imagine anyone would want their lovely coconut oil to taste strongly like smoke! I was unable to speak with anyone higher up that could answer questions.

Great service, great products and great prices! Website is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. Love the fact that you can checkout on the 1st day of the cycle and continue shopping until the cutoff day and time. They also show you what they are out of stock on when reviewing your order so you're not surprised.

Excellent products mostly organic. Great quality excellent service.

We love Azure as a family, the freedom to choose healthier foods. However the quality of the mangoes and apples from recent orders did not meet our expectation.

The mangoes were stringy and did not ripen. We continued to try them at differerent times, to allow it to ripen, still stringy each time, but then it spoiled.
The apples had a weird coating on the skin that was difficult to remove. It left an odd flavor to the skin and a sticky residue even after scrubbing with a brush and water. We love the organic choices, but flavor and quality are important to us as well.

Lost the dates on these orders (believe they were within the last three months)

Never thought I'd like licorice since, but I'm getting used to its natural sweetness. It seems too sweet for my taste after I stopped having sugar years ago. Bought it to cleanse the lymph. Thank you for the quality product!

Great products and prices--awesome selection--easy customer service

Quality, Quality, Quality. Bought hard white wheatberries, hard red wheat berries, organic rolled oats and organic jasmine rice. Everything has been top notch. Bread has been coming out fantastic and the rice has actually come out the best ever in the rice cooker. I bought several bags of the hard white wheat , fifty pounds and out of all three bags no debris. Same excellent quality with the oats and the red wheat berries. Ordering was a breeze. Pick up was super easy. They're communication was amazing. Very organized company.

All of my products have arrived in good condition aside from some fresh fruits having been over ripe or rotted. We are well satisfied with Azure.

We have been happy with Azure Standard since joining couple of months go. So far the only problem that we have had was some mold on a block of cheddar cheese that we received in our last order. We ordered 3 blocks of cheddar cheese but only one had some mold on it. Over all we are very happy.
